Nice quiet spot. Ground is super hard so no way of securing awning. But wasn't too bad of an issue for me as it was neither raining or very sunny

Rest on the dam at the head of the lake. Great space, but check in during the day just to be safe.

kirstenhogg04/04/2022Lovely, quiet spot. We were the only van here when we stopped on the Sunday night. Very little traffic on the road, 3G signal on O2, short dog walk across the dam and up the south shore for 10mins. Could also stop at Fruid reservoir.
EileenMM24/03/2022Beautiful spot. Quiet, just the sound of the water lapping and a woodpecker in the nearby forest. There are occasional cars, but not many. Gated access to the walk across the dam.
