Sophieee12/04/2022Drove 35mins out of our way specifically to use the washing machines - they won’t take payment. It all looks as if it’s working so we only discovered this after stripping the bed-linen and stuffing it all into the machine. The contactless pad beeps but no payment registers. Most annoyingly- the shop has no help phone number and there isn’t one on the machine. So now we’re driving another 30mins.
