July. Nice place. It seems a long way on a poor quality road but it's worth it. Room for 2 campers or mohos. Big muddy puddles when it rains though. Some good walks or mountain bike rides from here. Fishing good too. One camper van here with us leaving room for a couple of cars was ok. Views out over the Strait to Jura are wonderful. Lots of wildlife in sight too.
Lovely location with fantastic walks round the beach. The ground is also level. You get no signal but you can just about to get the free wifi “CVH-festival”. Which is pretty slow, but good enough for emails and YouTube videos. If you go through the entrance of the distillery, the first little building is a gift shop and they have toilets. They open from 10am - 5pm every day. No bins as well!
Fantastic location and views. Bit windy.
