Small dirt parking lot in the midst of the forest. Most of it is sloped, perhaps only one place is level. Close to a road that is really busy during commuting hours, starting at about 6am. If you hike along the trail a bit there is a meeting place for larger groups (around the fountain for which this place is named) with picnic facilities. Cellular 4G is 1 to 2 out of 4 bars, but often disappears.
