We spent a very beautiful but cold night. Highly recommended to sleep there if you are tired of driving or if you are just looking for a chill location.
Le parcours est à mi-chemin entre Egilsstadir et Reydarfjördur. Au croisement vers Mjoifjördur, tourner sur la route de gravier 953 et après environ 500 m avant le pont, tourner à gauche sur un chemin de terre goudronné. Après environ 200 m, il y a plusieurs stands pavés directement sur la rivière Eyvindara. Il n'y a pas de panneaux d'interdiction et la route en gravier et le chemin de terre sont faciles à conduire avec un camping-car normal.
The course is about halfway between Egilsstadir and Reydarfjördur. At the junction to Mjoifjördur turn onto the gravel road 953 and after about 500m before the bridge turn left onto a paved dirt road. After approx. 200m there are several paved stands directly on the Eyvindara river. There are no prohibition signs and both the gravel road and the dirt road are easy to drive with a normal motorhome.
Der Platz befindet sich etwa auf halber Strecke zwischen Egilsstadir und Reydarfjördur. Am Abzweig nach Mjoifjördur auf die Schotterstraße 953 abbiegen und nach ca. 500m vor der Brücke links auf einen befestigten Feldweg abbiegen. Nach ca. 200m befinden sich direkt am Fluss Eyvindara mehrere befestigte Standflächen. Es gibt keine Verbotsschilder und sowohl die Schotterstraße als auch der Feldweg sind gut mit einem normalen Wohnmobil befahrbar.
El curso está a medio camino entre Egilsstadir y Reydarfjördur. En el cruce hacia Mjoifjördur, gire por la carretera de ripio 953 y después de unos 500 m antes del puente gire a la izquierda por un camino de tierra asfaltado. Después de unos 200 metros hay varios puestos pavimentados directamente en el río Eyvindara. No hay señales de prohibición y el camino de ripio y el camino de tierra son fáciles de conducir con una autocaravana normal.
