AdrianKing21/08/2023We booked for one night, and we wish we would have stayed for longer. Brilliant camp site,exceptionally clean toilet and shower block. We felt very welcome when we arrived, and the dog absolutely loved the walk on site. £30 per night, including electric hook up, is not expensive if you take the quality factor into account. Definitely be paying another visit in the future.
Falklandmuppet24/07/2023Cracking eco site, friendly staff, clean bogs&showers with under floor heating, flat pitches with water & lecy on each pitch, a welcome glass of prosecco in the bar first night, cracking location for exploreing York & surrounding area, £45 for 3 nights midweek absolute bargain, defo come back

We stayed last night for £28.50, which is a little expensive, but we have to admit it is a really lovely site (which only re-opened on the 1st March). We had a very warm welcome on a bitterly cold afternoon, and the toilets/shower block is lovely and clean and in excellent condition, with underfloor heating, so that area was as warm as toast. The bar area is due to reopen on 10th or 11th March.

Brand new campsite that has just opened. The facilities are top notch and perhaps the nicest toilets I have ever seen. The welcome was super friendly and they have thought of everything. There is an on-site pub, dog wash and laundrette. Everyone was really chatty and the site quiet and peaceful. Great place to stop.
