We parked just before the piges tavern and before the no camping signs with no problem but I imagine in season it could be different. We had 2 nice nights and found the taverna friendly and reasonably priced.
Parking dans une taverne - sur demande n'est pas un problème du jour au lendemain.
Parking at a tavern - on demand is no problem overnight.

Richtig toller Platz. Haben sehr gut und günstig gegessen und dann gefragt ob wir über Nacht stehen können. War kein Problem.
MelInAVan18/06/2023Super spot à l'ombre au bord de la rivière. Attention aux moustiques :) On mange très bien à la taverne ! Nombreuses activités : canyoning, rafting, balade à poney, balade dans la rivière avec chaussures adaptées...

Ένα από τα ωραιότερα ποτάμια στην Ελλάδα. Διανυκτερευσαμε στο σημείο που γίνεται η επιβίβαση για την κατάβαση του ποταμού με καγιάκ από την νότιο ανατολική πλευρά του, δίπλα στο δέντρο που είναι στολισμένο με παντόφλες, σαγιονάρες και πέδιλα. Ελάχιστη κίνηση από επισκέπτες.

calicamp22/07/2018We asked at the taverna close by and it was no problems to stay. Had some food in the tavern so we could use their toilets. Walked up to Acheron springs but had a bad experience since stones fell down from the high cliff above.

Sehr ruhige Nacht und gutes Essen bei der Taverne. Haben traumhaft direkt am Fluss gesessen.

Nous y avons passés deux nuits, non loin du village. Rapporté par la dame qui travaille au centre de rafting, en Août le parking est normalement complet. // Stayed there two nights, not far from the village. Told by the lady who works at the rafting centre that in August the car park is normally full.
