Très bon spot pour une nuit. De la place , peu de passages sur la route donc très calme, et à proximité de multiples rando!

TMAN_25/08/2023Nice spot, quiet at night besides a few cars. Lovely walking trails with a few long hikes too plus the lake is accessible on foot through a couple of gates. 4G on EE but only 3G on Three. Good place to stay the night!

Stayed here last night and was very peaceful with the occasional passing car but they are going quite slow so don't cause much disturbance. Bin provided but no other facilities. Canpervans are allowed here as there's a sign requesting donations from the Woodland Trust. See last image, and please donate to keep the great spot available.

petit parking en contrebas de la route. En soirée non passagère. plusieurs c car possible , sans panneau de restriction. pas de service , sauf poubelle .

Der Platz war sehr schön, da er durch einen Wall von der Straße getrennt war. Morgens kamen viele Wanderer vorbei. Ansonsten schön ruhig und gerade Stellfläche!

Fab spot. I stayed 3 nights and had friendly conversations with the park rangers. Large level area, tap by the entrance, toilets open until 4.30. Great walks and free maps.

Great park up for campers. Very flat and quiet. picnic tables and lots of forest walk. Very clean with only a bin. Park ranger came around in the morning with his dog but never said anything. Just checking there were no mess or rubbish left around probably. Stayed for one night. Will use again.

It is not allowed to park here with a campervan, only with a tent (and a permit). It is very easy to book the permit online for other places.

Nice Spot to camp, no other cars/campers around. Park Rangers came and said it's fine if we sleep in the van without a permit and even having an awning. No facilities, but a forest nearby and a trash container.
