Nice little park up no signs next to the road , but didn’t bother us
Aucune installation, mais aucun signe que vous ne pouvez pas passer la nuit. Il y avait du trafic un soir de semaine, mais nous avons bien dormi. Il y avait aussi des adolescents ivres, mais peu de temps et cela pouvait arriver n'importe où. Belle vue sur le réservoir d'un côté et la forêt de jacinthes de l'autre. La route était plate. Nous pouvions entendre les canards le matin et nous avons apprécié notre séjour d'une nuit ici.
No facilities, but no signs that you cannot stay overnight. There was some traffic on a weekday night, but we had plenty of good sleep. There were also drunk teenagers, but only short time and it could happen anywhere. Beautiful view of reservoir on one side and bluebells forest on the other. The road was flat. We could hear ducks in the morning, and enjoyed our one night stay here.
Keine Einrichtungen, aber keine Anzeichen dafür, dass Sie nicht über Nacht bleiben können. Es gab etwas Verkehr an einem Wochentag Nacht, aber wir hatten viel guten Schlaf. Es gab auch betrunkene Teenager, aber nur kurze Zeit und es konnte überall passieren. Schöne Aussicht auf den Stausee auf der einen Seite und den Glockenblumenwald auf der anderen Seite. Die Straße war flach. Wir konnten morgens Enten hören und genossen unseren Aufenthalt von einer Nacht hier.
No hay instalaciones, pero no hay señales de que no puedas pasar la noche. Había tráfico en una noche de lunes a viernes, pero dormimos bien. También había adolescentes borrachos, pero poco tiempo y podía pasar en cualquier parte. Bonita vista del embalse por un lado y el bosque de jacintos por el otro. El camino era llano. Podíamos escuchar a los patos por la mañana y disfrutamos de nuestra estancia de una noche aquí.

bethm09/09/2023First camping trip t5 arrived around 9 to empty spot but was joined through the night by another 2 cars very quiet when no cars passing but your sat right next to road with cars every half hour makes hard to sleep make sure u bring ear plugs maybe, this is a okay spot apart from the cars noise. not much of a view just a lay-by and yes joined by sandwich van in morning if u don’t wanna cook

Good spot but busy during the day and right next to a 50mph road so cars wizzing by. Had a few boy racers till late but they weren’t actually that bad and kept the noise low so cant complain. Butty van turned up VERY early to set up (5am) and he doesnt care about being quiet one bit. Seems to be the bikers rest stop during the day so expect alot of bikes and noise from early on

We loved it! It was great not too busy until early in the morning 5am-7am. Beautiful drive down to it. Will definitely be coming back!

Seems to be the spot where the bikers practice their stunts. Didn't feel comfortable waiting for one of them to land their wheelie into my van.

Good spot for the night. We did have a few racers go past in the late evening, it is on a 50 mph stretch of road but fairly quiet during the night. Got some good sleep and beautiful view of the reservoir.

had a really great night here, it was my first time stopping somewhere public in the camper and was really peaceful, felt safe, minimal traffic...and was woken up by ducks quacking which was wonderful!

Nice place to park for the night minimal traffic going past overnight so slept really well! Another van turned up a bit later which is nice I like to have a neighbour especially as it was my first time by myself! :)

Stayed here for night last year, first time in my micro camper, quite nights sleep though around 11, 2 car with full headlights and bit of noise, but only for about 30mins, I parked right in the corner. They were at other end.

Stayed on a friday night, The road is really noisy with lorries and motorbikes. A cafe parked up at 9am and banged on our van to tell us to park square onto the road so their customers have more space to park. So maybe park like that and they wont wake you up haha
