Parking en gravier au bord de la route au bas de Crook Peak, belle vue sur les gradins, mais encore mieux si vous marchez jusqu'au sommet de la colline. Il y avait des promeneurs de chiens pendant la journée ainsi que quelques grottes à explorer. Ce parking est utilisé par les promeneurs, les locaux, etc. Il y a donc un parking pour un maximum de 3 camping-cars. Si votre camping-car est un gros véhicule à deux essieux, assurez-vous de vous garer aussi loin que possible pour permettre aux autres automobilistes de sortir en toute sécurité, car cette route peut être une route rapide.
Gravel parking area by the road at the bottom of Crook Peak, nice view of the tiers, but even better if you hike to the top of the hill. There were dog walkers during the day also a few caves to explore. This parking area is used by walkers, locals etc, so there is parking for a maximum of 3 camper vans. If you're camper is a large twin axel vehicle, make sure you park as far back as possible to allow other car drivers to pull out safely as this road can be a fast road.

Beautiful spot. Surrounded by green hills, opposite car park is the start point of a National Trust 3 hour hill walk (Crook Peak). Free parking. Unsealed layby. One bin. Stayed with 1 other van. Some noise from country road, but felt safe no signs about restrictions. one car drove by and beeped his horn at us, but another local stopped and talked and was friendly.
Nice quiet night a little traffic passing and walkers started arriving around 8am..
Arrived at night no one here. Woke up to buses waiting in this car park at around midnight with engines on until 1:30am. We then had cyclists/ramblers/dog walkers arriving at 7am and before we knew it was SO busy (Sunday) that we were blocked in! Make sure to clear off early if you stay the night, otherwise you might not have a choice but to hang around!
Great for overnight, quite and safe. Not sure how it will be during day time.

Nice view, bin nearby, fairly quiet at night in terms of vehicles, cars started passing from about 7:30am. The only slight drawback was a few people coming and going overnight in the layby.
Great for an overnight. Walkers arrived early so you may be disturbed in the morning. ( I was already awake) But Great for an overnight. Woke a few times due to cars going passed but I'm a light sleeper.
This is a good place to park but taking away your litter from camping would be much appreciated by the local people who are having to do the job themselves. Try to limit your stay to one night if possible to allow others to also enjoy the space.
Like others have said, a good parkup with great views and if you're fit everything a exhilarating walk up Crook peak. You do get the occasional car tear past in the night. It never disturbed me as soon sleeper.
Lovely little park up with amazing views. Local to us and will use again. You get the odd car wizzing past so be a bit wary in the dark.
Large lay-by with good views. Walks for the dog and a bin too. Some loud and fast cars through the night on a weekend. Shame that someone dumped two black rubbish sacks here.

Magnifique point de vue et stationnement plutôt calme malgré que ce soit en bord de route. De belles balades à faire. Il y a aussi une poubelle présente.
What a spot bin close bye WiFi TV mobile all here yes its bye a road but it dose get quiet lots of dog walkers but with the view wow and if your able go to the top even better up there we need to look after this one as we are loosi g so meny places to people charging so leave nothing
Absolutely amazing spot. Only 30 minutes bike ride from Cheddar too! Only erk was that it can be relatively busy during a sunny day.
great views great walks and a great place to stay lots of spaces busy with walkers during the day and quiet busy in the evening but still had a peaceful night cars start again about 7ish will definitely stay again

Great stop over! Got here around 5:30am and it was so peaceful and woke up with a beautiful view! Didn’t get woken up until 10:15 by someone on handsfree behind us gaga would stay here again if needed!
Lovely stop over for a night, beautiful view in the morning and lovely walk. Postcode said we were there a few minutes too soon, just follow the road and you can't miss it on the left, even at 1am. Road got a little busy in morning but didn't bother us. Few joggers coming and going early but again not seriously disruptive. Easy roads off M5 took about 20 minutes.
Quiet between 11:30pm and 5:30am, beautiful view with a morning chorus to accompany. Definitely recommend for a quick stop-over.
Really beautiful location and plenty of space on the gravel and grass. Several other vans here, really friendly people. Definitely recommend the steep walk up to the top of crooks peak. Outstanding views especially the sunset. Can even see as far as Glastonbury Tor! Were some cars passing pretty fast after midnight but it was a Saturday night.
Quiet night and amazing views, went for walk to explore the caves, wear suitable shoes its rocky. not as the post code said and took us on a crazy narrow road
