arrived at 5pm to plenty of space. the road is a bit busy but the lay-by itself has no pedestrians walking by so felt very safe. there is a pub near by and spot had good 4g coverage and is well lit. the road does start to calm down around 9/10pm. Good for a night easy to find. lay-bys run on both sides of the road, so easy access to your next location.
