This isn’t an authorised place to camp. The car park has signage saying shut at dusk and the rail trail does not permit camping anywhere along it’s route.
Parking assez caché sur la ligne de chemin de fer désaffectée de Beverley à Weighton. Belles randonnées pédestres et pistes cyclables à partir du parking. Pas de commodités autres qu'une poubelle et des tables de pique-nique. Panneaux indiquant que le stationnement de nuit est interdit. Une petite tonne. Veuillez jeter vos déchets dans les poubelles mises à disposition et comportez-vous de manière appropriée, il y a déjà eu des plaintes de riverains.
Fairly hidden car park on the disused Beverley to Weighton railway line. Beautiful hiking and biking trails from the parking lot. No amenities other than a trash can and picnic tables. Signs indicating that overnight parking is prohibited. A small ton. Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided and behave appropriately, there have already been complaints from local residents.
Ziemlich versteckter Parkplatz an der stillgelegten Eisenbahnlinie von Beverley nach Weighton. Schöne Wander- und Radwege ab Parkplatz. Keine Annehmlichkeiten außer einem Mülleimer und Picknicktischen. Schilder, die darauf hinweisen, dass das Parken über Nacht verboten ist. Eine kleine Tonne. Bitte entsorgen Sie Ihren Müll in den vorgesehenen Behältern und verhalten Sie sich angemessen, es gab bereits Beschwerden von den Anwohnern.

CamperIvan07/06/2022Nice and quiet, nice and flat, you can catch the sun here from dawn to dusk if it’s out and you want a full totally lazy day. Only to be disturbed by sporadic dog walkers and people using the railway line for cycling and walking.

Excellent place to stop ,parking for the Hudson Way along the old railway line. The old station house is lived in but you can park out of sight.Flat ground and bins available. Lovely walks in both directions along the track
MightyPug30/05/2021Lovely spot, only facilities are a bin and some picnic benches but that’s all I’d need anyway. Lovely walks along an abandoned railway line, the buildings next to the park up are the old station and signal box. You can walk all the way to Beverley from here, not sure how far you can actually get going the other way but it’s a nice walk!
