rang ahead to be polite, got told by a very grumpy bloke that theyre wanting to stop doing allowing overnight stays and no I can't stay. But in a chirpy tone "most welcome for food and drink though". fair dos. seems some campers have given us a bad name.

Just stayed at The Greyhound on recommendation of the reviews written had a fantastic meal best ever pasta dish I have had and a good choice of vegetarian meals unlike other places we have been. Lovely tidy gardens and very clean all round inside the pub and toilets good also

Wonderful nights stay. Kelly is a wonderful host the food was amazing and the Butty Bach beer on tap was great too! Yes the sound of the road can be heard through our thin van walls in the morning but was not enough noise to keep us up at night. Would stay again for sure ?

Food very good. service very good. a bit of adjacent road noise but ok for all but light sleepers. ideally need levellers as car park is on a slope.

A lovely Inn with plenty of parking. The owners would prefer a phone call before arriving which we didn’t know about but they managed to squeeze a family of three in for food despite being full. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely meal and dog friendly. Really pleased to find they had a fully enclosed dog play area with agility equipment. Meal for three with a couple of drinks and two desserts cost £67 but free parking. Downside is that is is a bit off the beaten track and the car park borders a major, busy road through trees so not a peaceful sleep if a light sleeper.
