Stayed one night in one of their designated hard standing bays next to the pub. Gorgeous views, no road noise or from the pub at all through the night, lovely friendly staff, roaring fire, good food, £10 to park overnight but free if you eat.

Wonderful stopover. Gravel hardstanding for 4 campervans and marvellous views. Brilliant pub with gorgeous home-cooked food and decent beers. Has lots of motoring memorabilia and is very charming. Would recommend. Free if you use the pub. Very quiet overnight even though it's next to the road, bit noisier by 8am but not too bad. Will definitely return!

booked this site as a last minute stay, so glad we did, scenery is exquisite and friendliness of staff is outstanding. yeah the food price is a little high but I'm happy with paying the higher pricefor food for the great service and that came with it. They also allow a beer Takeaway service (order and collect from the bar to drink in your van). 10/10 will be back!

Friendly staff, dog’s welcome, good parking, excellent views, average (pricey) food .

Excellent stop close to a nature reserve which has a short dog walk around it. Beware in Spring you could be disturbed by passing geese which can be vocal. This is why only 4☆. Food was lovely (steak n Ale pie) and beer was good. Fire was lit, staff were welcoming to both humans /dogs

Stayed one night here, spacious gravel hard standing, sheltered from the road and pub. I had a meal in the pub so didn't have to pay the £10 fee. Meal was nice and priced averagely for a pub in this area. Staff were pleasant, and the atmosphere was typically old world, with motor memorabilia all around. Had a very quiet night with 1 other van that turned up late. Recommended for a stop over.

Great pub and four hard standing pitches to park up for the night. Very peaceful place. £10 to park of free if you have a meal. As we did. Food was nice, but over priced. Lovely staff and owner.

Lovely quiet night surrounded by nature, hardly any road noise, however pitches aren't level so blocks maybe needed, pub menu not great, we choose to pay the £10 and eat our own food.

Great find for £10pn , knocked off bill if you eat in pub . However I’d rather pay the £10 as price for food is shocking for mediocre pub grub .

Lovely food and welcome at the pub for us and the dog. We were the only van so had our pick of the 4 level hardstanding spots just to the left of the pub. Great views. Ring ahead if possible.

Fantastic, no facilities but free overnight parking if you have a meal or a drink in the pub (The Fat Lamb). There are 4 levelled parking spaces for motor home/camper van to the left of the pub as you look at it. You don’t have to book a space but would advise booking ahead for a table. If allocated spaces are full there is a big car park at the front of the pub. Great fresh cooked food and real ale, will definitely come again.

Great spot, great food. Some high strong winds though which I personally loved.
