Nous sommes restés ici une matinée pour aller à Canterbury. Accès facile au centre ville, par les pistes cyclables. Nous sommes partis précipitamment et avons oubliés de payer. Petite amende de 25 livres à notre retour de balade !!! Parking de zone industrielle.
Philoulinstit11/08/2023Facile à trouver mais par contre très bruyant car il y a un v’compresseur de chambre froide (magasin de surgeler) et les mouettes qui commencent à tourner dès 5h… par contre gratuit dans le coin et à moins de 30min du ferry…
travelingwoods28/07/2023second time we've stayed here for the day and night . it's ok only 15 mins walk into town ( nowhere else as cheep and big any closer) cost around £15 for 24 hours .butty wagon on site opens early for breakfast. bit of noise from Iceland freezers .does the job we slept ok and got a TV signal

I stayed here one night after 21.00h. I called the out of hours Canterbury Council on the big notice board at the entrance regarding payment. I was told no need to pay but leave by 07.30 or start paying £1.30 an hour. Quiet night no problems, roadside cafe next to me had a lovely bacon baguette and tea to start my day. Watch out for the Potholes though, hey it's FREE after 21.00h.

Perfectly good park up but it’s on an industrial estate so there are no views. £1.30 an hour but only £2 overnight. Easy walk into the city through gardens. 4G works.

Good spot for visiting the city with pubs and restaurants nearby. Stayed one afternoon and overnight with no problem. The site is almost empty. I've had to use the parking app to pay as there are no pay points. I recommend.

If you walk 5 min in the opposit direction of Canterbury City Centre (from the parking lot) you get to a big Morrisons supermarket with free bathrooms. They also has a cheap Cafe for breakfast.
