Parkeringsplats med fin utsikt. Mycket trafik hela tiden och folk som kommer och går. Vi parkerade bilen här medan vi var på vandring. Flera vandringsleder startar här uppe. Vi fortsatte vidare till Hiidenportti nationalpark för att övernatta.
Gut für einen Stopp um die Aussicht zu genießen. Dafür nur kurz etwas weiter höher gehen. Da gibt es zwei Aussichtsplattformen. Allerdings war trotz später am Abend noch recht viel los. Ein ständiges Kommen und Gehen. Sollte aber nachts ruhiger sein. Auffahrt mit 7% Steigung gut machbar und nur ca 1,5km.
No view from the parking lot, but if you dare to drive a bit further there opens up a spectacular view which is also available by a short walk from the parking lot. Nice and challenging hikes available. Bring ear plugs, there will be some traffic. Lots of activities available in the Vuokatti area.
View from the official parking space: Trees. Toilet cleanliness with a bit of festival charm. Driving to the lookout point is only allowed for service cars, but in summer nobody cared, so I parked there for a nicer view over the landscape and the desert like summer version of the ski runs. Fireplaces near a lake a 3-4 min walk away. Unfortunately a lot of coming and going even after 2 am. Windy.
