Unfortunately overnight stays are no longer permitted. Signs have been put up in this and another nearby spot. We had a pleasure to speak to the landowner who firmly, but politely explained the reasons. Again, minority spoiled it for the majority- leaving rubbish behind, lighting fires, etc. Shame really, as it’s a beautiful place.
Single track road from Kirkby Malzeard is ok we managed in our Hymer. Lovely moorland location surrounded by sheep rabbits and grouse. The night we stayed it was a little bit windy. Views are fabulous
