beautiful spot, busy at weekend. free parking but overnight stay prohibited
Parking Daddyhole Plains - 20 places. Le signe à l'entrée indique «Pas de stationnement de nuit». Nous étions garé ici, avec deux autres camionnettes, le 29 juin 2019. Belle vue sur l'océan et le coucher du soleil. Pas de commodités.
Daddyhole plains parking - 20 spots. Sign on entry states “No overnight parking”. We and two other vans free parked here on 29th June 2019. Beautiful ocean view and sunset spot. No amenities.
Parkplatz Daddyhole Plains – 20 Stellplätze. Auf dem Schild am Eingang steht „Kein Nachtparken“. Wir haben hier zusammen mit zwei anderen Vans am 29. Juni 2019 geparkt. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Keine Annehmlichkeiten.

shamany16/09/2021Stayed here last Friday night. Beautiful spot. Really busy during the day and visited by some really noisy cars (loud music and shouting over it) on the night. I guess this could be expected by anywhere on a weekend night especially somewhere so close to town. Close to town and costal path walking distance to kents carvern.

Easy to get too- plenty of spaces. So close to town and the coastal walk. Absolutely beautiful views! We only parked here during the day- got here just after 10am and plenty of spaces.

Busy with dog walkers during the day and a few other cars up until around 9pm. Despite the sign saying no overnight parking, there were a couple of vans and an ambulance parked up so we thought we would chance it. Great nights sleep and great views to wake up to.

This is a special place. There is a sign with no overnight sleeping but we chanced it and had a good peaceful night. I would suggest keeping yourself low key to avoid being reported by the neighbourhood.

Amazing views. Bin and benches avail. Not supposed to stay over night but we did. Signs stating no. Not ideal for larger campers. We stayed in a galaxy. Some noisy cars arrived but remained quiet til morning.
clarisesmith199303/08/2020Stayed here for 1 night in a van conversion camper. Small wheel base. No issues with overnight stay. Other car noises where abit annoying. Not really a suitable for large campervans. More discrete the better here to get away with it! As you’re not supposed to park overnight.
