Nice quiet area with some streetlight. woke up to sound of birds and had uneventful night apart from police who knocked on the window. They had no issue with us being there but said they were patrolling for drug dealers and car theives.

nice place with nice walking area, road to the parking not so comfortable, but IT is free and lovely. and you can keep your car dry under the bridge;) spoko miejscówka z nie najlepszym wjazdem czymś większym. ogólnie ładnie i gratis to uczciwa cena;)

Wanted to stay here overnight this June but road to the parking was closed to the public. No way to even drive there. And no way to park or be there over night.

Great location. Next to a river and park. Parked under the bridge which fitted our 7.4m van fine and was level, but car park is small. It is quite echoey because of the bridge but that didn’t bother us, it was quiet at night. Good signal on EE but upload slow.

Magnificent. Walking trails and bikeways along the river, and further on you can go along the canal into the city. The Graffiti tunnel was excellent. Park up was safe, flat and quiet. We did do some rubbish collection though. The Spylaw hotel does great drinks and meals. Signage indicates parking closed for renovations from 30th May and there has already started with some preparations.

toller Spot!

Good spot for a city! Of course not quiet if you are used to the open nature, but very ok for such an area. Only the people walking by and talking under the tunnel woke me up.

Great spot. loads of space abd very quiet

Quiet place to spend the night. A bit eery because it's dark and under a bridge, but the parc is beautifull and a lot of restaurants and pubs/bars nearby. We spent one night, no problems!

Fantastic gem of a spot hidden down a rather steep & narrow road that winds back on itself to take you under the bridge. Was initially cautious about parking in such an urban area, but the night was very quiet with no disturbances apart from the odd bus going over the bridge. as of writing this review there are some works going on however, and by 7am there were some construction workers about.

Stayed for one night. We weren't sure when we arrived as it is s bit dark under the tunnel, however when we got out for a look we realised that it is beside a beautiful park and walking distance to shops, pubs restaurants which was handy. On the canal so you can cycle into Edinburgh. The Collinton tunnel is a beautiful piece of art based on a poem by Robert Louis Stevenson.

Stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights and found no trouble at all. Although there was a potential drug dealing spot under the bridge as it is not a l well lit area. We infact spotted a suspicious BMW late at night with two young males in under the bridge. Nevertheless they did not bother us and we were able to coexist. There is a cracking pizza restaurant called Dantes round the way. Cracking.

Brilliant place! It was a little tricky to find however when you find it, it’s a little treasure! Toilets are a little 5 min walk also shops too! There is plenty to do, park, river walk, a mural walled tunnel loads to do

    Couldn't find it.

No signs to say overnight parking is not allowed, a lovely quiet place with plenty of parking available (maybe 10-15 spots). There’s a lot of cyclists and dog walkers around but quiet at night. Lots of tree shade too. We parked under the bridge and didn’t have any issues with sounds waking us up. Driveway down is a bit narrow and almost looks like a walking path so can be deceiving if you think you can’t find it just keep driving down the drive way/road, park is at the bottom :)
