Due to the resort being a holiday park, prices vary constantly due to on peak and off peak dates - prices start from £13 a night off peak and can rise to over £40 per night on peak.

We stayed two nights to take advantage of facilities during nc500. For the price in off season you can’t complain and very nice location on the beach. Only thing to note is they did not have a place to empty grey water direct from van.

Great campsite in the highlands of Scotland! We walked into reception, given an electric pitch for £25 a night. Entertainment was great and staff were lovely. Touring facilities could be a little cleaner but understandable as site is so busy. Would defo return if ever passing!
£13pn with it being out of season so fine for us. We parked right on the sea front so had the most fantastic view. If you don't need EHU then head down there. The beach is great, dog friendly. Walked down to Dornoch the whole way on the beach. Facilities are a bit old but clean, hot showers. Didn't use the pool.
Petit camping charmant au bord de l'eau. Nous nous sommes présentés pour faire les services uniquement, l'hôtesse d'accueil, très agréable, nous a indiqué où se trouvaient les points de vidange/ravitaillement. Et en plus c'était gratuit !
Nous avons appelé ce soir pour savoir si il y avait de la place et on nous a annoncer qu'ils ne voulaient pas de nous et de notre van pour seulement 1 nuit, nous avons dû chercher ailleurs.
Parc résidentiel avec beaucoup de bungalows Accepte les CC de passage. 21 pounds pour 2 personnes avec électricité pour une nuit. Beaucoup de chiens qui parfois aboient la nuit. Sanitaires un peu juste en nombre mais semblent suffisants. Les services de vidange et de remplissage sont très mal indiqués.
We booked in for 2 nights at £15pn with EHU. It is a Parkdean resort site with pool, entertainment, shop, restaurant and bar, etc. All the facilities for water, toilet, etc were good. Busy but quiet (halfterm hols in Scotland), the washing facilities were plentiful but they were certainly not as clean as they should be. Great location by the beach.

Crowded, chaotic, filthy. No demarcation of pitches other than pitch and hookup. Unserviced actually looked better. Have access to club house and pool (45 minutes a day) but still poor. £39/night for three adults, 1 of whom is only 17, a <6m Moho with electric. Yes it’s August, but a couple of nights ago I paid £10 for pitch with electric. This was a last resort! Never again.
Full services but toilets were super dirty, also the grass. Plots weren’t delimited, you just find your spot, and that meant many people invading your plot for flying drones, comets, children without parents playing around the van… It was noisy until midnight. It is not the place for us…
Now £17 for a night without HU. Reasonable price for a UK campsite
Big Park Dean site, not really our cup of tea. Too busy and the toilet/shower block was not kept clean, so much so we just used the facilities in our van. Probably our own fault for using it during half term. Beautiful situation right next to the beach but not a site we will be coming back to.
Good spacious campsite. £12 in a motorhome for 2 nights with electric and water hook up at the end of October. Showers, Laundry and a shop all on site along with arcades and a clubhouse. Right next to the beach, can't complain.
Getting to the end of October and you would expect sites to be closing down but not this one. Had entertainment for the children during the day and early evening and then entertainment for adults later, it was the children’s half term holiday. Stayed for one night with a small Campervan and it cost £12, which included electricity. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, helpful and had a sense of humour. Facilities, toilets, showers etc were clean and well maintained so all in all an excellent site to visit. Stayed here on advice of a friend and was not let down. Would recommend this site to anyone travelling North or South through Scotland. Wish I could have stayed longer as there are some lovely walks along the beaches and into nearby villages.
