Lythe Hill.

Lythe Hill. Small, slightly sloping car park with wonderful open views across the countryside. Very popular with dog walkers/walkers so room for a couple of smaller vans or one larger one. No facilities other than a waste bin

now a no overnight parking sign!

Fantastic views and part of the "Shropshire Way" hiking trail. To avoid small winding road approach from Bayston Hill on the A49 and follow the Lyth Hill Road.

Very rough drive up to the spot

Looks lovely but there are 2 massive signs saying “no overnight parking” so didn’t risk it.

Lovley spot, had to leave because of doggers. Two vanlifers including us left at the same time. If you want to listen to the sound of a pimped our corsa with a blown exhaust then this is the spot for you.

A gorgeous view and with a lovely little walk that you can do. Though quite noisy until about midnight with cars coming and going, and morning with dog walkers

Lovely landscape and early sunrise but noisy at night. SatNav directions are wrong and the rutted access road was blocked when I visited (fallen tree), access via the village is better. Very exposed hillside, and cold this February. But, worth the stop.

When you are in the car park drive up the lane and you come to another larger and flatter car park. 10 vans easy. Single track lane to it from the A49 bins and that's it. Amazing view.

Spent a relatively quiet night here. There were some comings and goings with cars until around midnight but then it quietened down.
