Zone de stationnement calme sur le bord d'une grande commune. Fantastique pour les promeneurs, même si les chiens doivent être tenus en laisse en raison des rares races de moutons et de bovins en liberté. Je ne suis pas resté toute la nuit mais juste comme une halte pour une promenade et un café. Aucune interdiction évidente pour un séjour d'une nuit.
Quiet parking area on the edge of a large common. Fantastic for walkers although dogs must be kept on a lead due to rare breeds of sheep and cattle roaming free. I didn't stay overnight but just as a stop off for a walk and coffee. No obvious prohibition for an overnight stay.
Ruhiger Parkplatz am Rande einer großen Gemeinde. Herrlich für Spaziergänger, allerdings müssen Hunde wegen der wenigen freilaufenden Schaf- und Rinderrassen an der Leine geführt werden. Habe nicht übernachtet, sondern nur als Zwischenstopp für einen Spaziergang und einen Kaffee. Kein offensichtliches Verbot für eine Übernachtung.

Very nice spot next to the nature reserve. The street can be quite busy. There is quite some trash in the bushes so please try to collect a bag full of trash if you can do so

Nous nous sommes stationnés par erreur de l’autre côté de la rue, là où le sentier commence. Je vous suggère plutôt de vous stationner là où cet emplacement est. Il n’y aura pas de voiture.

Beautiful unspoilt area. lovely walks. there is an area in the middle of the forest where kids can explore and make dens. our kids had a great time! Stayed for a night. Lots of dog walkers.but everyone was very polite and no one bothered us at all. Just hope no one spoils it and others can enjoy a stay here.
campervanjane22/08/2020Great spot. We were on our own and fell asleep to the sound of wood pigeons. No one else arrived until someone walking their dog at 9.30am. No height problem (we have a campervan with pop top).
bertiebuggie07/07/2019Great spot. Very quiet at night. Be aware that much of the car park has low trees (less than 2m) so spaces for a tall motorhome are limited. Nice way marked walks of 2 to 6miles. Good stop over.

Near to the road by quiet ok for the night. Many people in the morning who walk with dog.

Tres bel endroit calme. La balade dans la forêt permet de voir les vestiges d'une ancienne base de la RAF.

Nice quiet spot, fairly busy road till around 8pm then so quiet you coukd hear a pin drop. Very secluded. Great area for walking.
