très grand parking sans services mis à part les poubelles mais à proximité d'un grand parc pour aller se dégourdir les jambes et près d'une station-service bon marché. Nuit très calme.

Loads of room, spent the night here when my van was due to be dropped off at a nearby garage first thing to avoid rush hour traffic. Really quiet, don’t think there was any other cars until 8am which was when I was setting off anyway.

Großer ruhiger Schotterplatz, wir waren die einzigen Übernachtungsgäste. Liegt an einem netten Park, wo viele Leute mit ihren Hunden spazieren gehen. Hatten eine ruhige Nacht ohne Störungen. Die Esso Tankstelle am Ende der Straße ist außerdem noch günstig.

Good spot for one night. You hear traffic at night and there were some cars arriving and leaving the parking spot in the later hours leaving lights and engine on. But the spot is big so it's okay. Near to a bus stop to Newcastle.

quiet loads of room no hassle will definitely stay again when up here close to everything and felt safe

Great park up. Due to it being quite large & open you don’t feel like you’re intruding & we didn’t have any issues with road noise or other people using the car park.

Lovely large parking area. Noisy early evening but dead quite from about 10 pm to 8 am. If we are in the area again, we will overnight here again.

Very big car park, easy access, close to Newcastle and very silent dark when we parked here for one night on a Saturday night.

Wednesday night, went quiet and fell asleep nicely but then half 1 in the morning a car drives up and sets something alight. a McDonald's bag. couldn't fall asleep afterwards. good job it's wet out

Great stop over near A1M. Loads of space. Good walks and friendly local pub 10 minutes away. Also extremely handy if you have to visit a motor home dealer nearby!!!

Great overnight spot. No noise or cars about. Nice walks to do on the old railway line and along the river. As with everything hope people respect it and lean no trace.

Big car park, free and no restriction. Next to Local Nature Reserve, nice spot for dog walking. No bin on-site. We were there for a night in van so didn’t explore much but had a good night here. We appreciated the free parking! Thanks!

Quite in the night time. Just some teenagers came and make some noise, but just a short time. Very large parking lot

Great location for staying over night and walking your dog. You do get the boy racers at night.

Massive carpark with zero restrictions right next to nature spot. Very convenient for overnight stop as close by to the A road but felt a little uneasy at times as lots of cars coming and going through the night. we also had some kids playing football and listening to music until quite late. Maybe just bad luck.

Très bonne nuit sous la pluie, avec notre poids lourd, très facile à se garer, nous étions seul et tranquille, aucun service !

Endroit calme et très vaste, parking gratuit. Super nuit.

Arrivés le 18/07 dans la soirée.On a dormi là et la nuit a été très calme. Arrêt de bus pour Newcastle à moins de 5mn, très pratique pour visiter la ville qui vaut vraiment le détour. Le parking se remplit vers 16h par les parents qui viennent rechercher les élèves en uniforme de l'école voisine. Pas eu de problème de sécurité.
