Weetslade Colliery Country Park. Parking sans restriction. Ne convient pas pour caming cars de plus de 7m. Léger bruit de la route mais rien beaucoup. Occupé le soir avec des promeneurs de chiens mais calme à part ça. Bon signal 4g EE & TV. Pas d'installation.

Stayed here a few times. Nice catering van in the summer. Often get young folks in noisy cars with loud stereos late at night though but they don't seem to cause any trouble. Dog walkers turn up early - 6:30am, park next to you in an otherwise empty car park and slam doors which is annoying, but it's a great park for that sort of thing.
Very nosey lots of cars boy racers until early hours in the morning we stayed her Saturday night and hardly slept all night due to noise, very busy on the morning aswel
We stayed here in our LWB mercedes sprinter on a Sunday night ahead of meetings near Quorum business park the next day. Reasonably flat (we parked towards the back away from the road) and barely any road noise. A few cars came and went throughout the evening and heard a small amount of chatter for maybe half hour along with a couple of planes flying low from the airport. would park again!
We had a quiet night here but after reading other comments guess might have been lucky! We had already moved on from Newcastle City Centre due to noisy lads in cars. Was Friday night, had a nice hot chocolate in the morning when a mobile coffee car set up shop. Friendly lady - asked if we'd had any trouble.
Disturbed twice by a gang of teenagers on mini motorcycles riding on the footpaths and shouting abuse, not wanting further trouble we decided to leave (a local walking his dog indicated that youths on motorcycles are a recurring problem)
Parking gratuit, quand nous y sommes allés, il n'y avait pas de barre de hauteur, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Jolies balades à proximité, petites tables de pique-nique juste derrière, pour profiter d'un petit dejeuner au soleil, il y a pas mal de poubelles aussi. Nuit calme et sans problème.
