Camping, Governor's beach, sanitaire moyen, pas d'eau chaude, wifi, accès sur une plage sympa mais gâchée par une vue et les odeurs d'une raffinerie. Nous avons passé une nuit calme pour pouvoir utiliser la machine à laver et le sèche-linge, et remplir nos réservoirs (eau non potable). Emplacements ombragés. Tarifs en rapport avec les prestations.
Campsite, Governor's beach, average sanitary facilities, no hot water, wifi, access to a nice beach but spoiled by a view and the smells of a refinery. We had a quiet night so we could use the washing machine and dryer, and fill our tanks (not potable water). Shaded pitches. Prices related to the services.
Campingplatz, Strand des Gouverneurs, durchschnittliche sanitäre Einrichtungen, kein heißes Wasser, WLAN, Zugang zu einem schönen Strand, aber verwöhnt von einer Aussicht und den Gerüchen einer Raffinerie. Wir hatten eine ruhige Nacht, damit wir die Waschmaschine und den Trockner benutzen und unsere Tanks füllen konnten (kein Trinkwasser). Schattige Stellplätze. it may be just 10 euros a night including shared electricity but is it worth it? The grounds are extremely run down and the toilet blocks are disgusting and never cleaned. Yes it's a short walk to the white rock beach front that is Governors Beach but that's all it has going for it. The campsite is surrounded by full time residents in dilapidated mobile homes. Such a shame. It could be amazing.
We spent 5 nights here in low season, camper and two people cost 10 euros electricity connection 3 euros. Very large grounds, beautiful place, peace and quiet, beautiful view of the sea, 5 km next door a village with shops and local food. A very pleasant time spent.
