Le lieu pour vider les toilettes est très peu visible. Nous avons fait 2 fois le tour du parking sans le voir. Finalement nous l'avons vu en traversant le parking à pied. Il y a une petite cage en métal dans laquelle se trouve la vidange pour toilette et un tuyau d'eau. Il se trouve entre le bord de mer et les places de parking donc pas facile à voir en roulant. 3£ pour le service.

tem que pagar duas vagas. o motorhome não cabe em uma só. tem dois caras que ficam o tempo todo no estacionamento multando quem estiver irregular. conversei com um deles e ele falou que tinha que ter dois tiquetes. o descarte é pago. podia ser mais barato. porém não deixam usar a torneira de água que fica ao lado para abastecer o motorhome.

convenient location with great views and black water facility (3 pounds). However, packed. around 12 spots only. parking is 3 pounds for 3 hrs min.

Parkplatz sehr voll. Wir hatten das Glück einen freien Wohnmobilplatz ( ca. 10) zu bekommen. Hierher kommen Karawanen/ Gruppen von Wohnmobilen, das kann sich nicht ausgehen. Falschparker werden abgestraft, auch PKW, die auf Wohnmobilplätzen parken. Viel zu sehen gibt es in Portree nicht, ein paar bunte Häuser und der Hafen mit schöner Aussicht. Trotzdem massenhaft Touristen/ Busse.

Just paid to use the black water drop and it’s overflowing - which you can’t tell until you’ve paid to get in to the cage… waste of £3 so apps of you’re planning to use this weekend

Great facilities at the center of Portree. “Black Waters”, watch out to open the Left Door on time otherwise you’ll end up paying twice… for “Grey Waters” park within the marks(###) by the “Black Water” cage. When filling in water, note it is not drinking water.

4/5 would be 5/5 if you could stay overnight. Reasonably priced, good large parking bays for motorhomes and a place to empty the chemical toilet - quite a rare thing on the island unless you stay on a camp site. Easy access to a launderette (in the yellow hostel, not the slightly nearer brown hostel) and all local shops/cafes and restaurants.

Parking payant très pratique avec beaucoup de places. Assez calme avec vue sur l’eau.

Non parcheggiate dove ci sono gli spazi per i minibus se avete camper o van, hanno appena fatto la multa a tre van parcheggiati lì, davanti ai nostri occhi, nonostante avessero pure pagato il parcheggio regolarmente. I posti per i camper sono 4 e molto stretti, potete metterli solo lì! La prima ora è gratuita ed è in pieno centro!

che senso ha proibire la sosta notturna nei posti a loro dedicati in un posteggio ( a pagamento) mezzo vuoto? In compenso il campeggio era pieno e non accettava altri evidentemente Portree non ama i camper!!

Parcheggio in centro a Portree con vari posti per camper e scarico (a pagamento e solo con carta) del WC chimico. Comodissimo.

service totalement fermé et inutilisable, a priori depuis un moment et ça n'a pas l'air d'être prêt de rouvrir. attention stationnement et circulation très difficile en heure de pointe pour les camping-cars.

Une place est prévue pour vider les eaux grises juste à côté des eaux noires (dans la cage). pour seulement 3 livres ,vous faites ,eaux grises, eaux noires et le plein d'eau. bonne pression dans le robinet qui permet de remplir rapidement le réservoir. Attention ,l'eau comporte un écriteau " eau non potable", à utiliser seulement pour douche et vaisselle.

Make sure all wheels are within the parking space. Very helpful parking attendant explained this clearly. Otherwise as others have said, it incurs a penalty charge of £100. It doesn’t matter if the bodywork extends outside the parking space. Black waste disposal excellent.

J'y suis passé en camping car pour visiter. Tout pour vider les toilettes c'est très pratique.

Bei den Parkplätzen in Portree genau darauf achten, für welches Fahrzeug welcher Parkplatz gedacht ist!! Es werden regelmäßig 100£ Bußgelder verteilt (wir haben mit 2 Angestellten vom parking management gesprochen), als motorhome (zählen alle zu, die in ihrem Fahrzeug schlafen, egal wie klein oder groß das ist) muss man definitiv auf diesem Parkplatz - innerhalb der Markierungen! - stehen.

Great parking place for campervans close to town. Be warned though! If you use 2 bays you need to purchase 2 tickets. If your wheels cross adjacent bays you need to pay for those as well. Fine is £100. witnessed the parking attendant giving loads of motorhomes tickets!!!

We issued a ticket and had a walk in the city centre. Be careful - there is a fine of 100GBP (50 if you pay within 2 weeks) if one of your wheels is slightly out of the parking spot. Someone from the council walks around and only waits for those cases. Did feel like daylight robbery.

We spent the night in the 4 slots for MH without any trouble. Had a quiet night.

Parked during the day with no problem and used black waste facilities. Great that the town cater for the motorhome visitors.

We stayed in the 4 marked MH bays that allow overnight parking and had no trouble. These are different to the 6 MH parking spaces in the newer parking area. These ones have signs with no time limits, the other ones clearly state that no parking from 8-8. We arrived early (6pm and paid til 8pm) and left just after 8am to walk Old Man of Stor and did not see ticketing officer. We stayed on a Sunday.

Good location for the centre. Very windy some days. We made sure to arrive after 8. The parking inspector was out and about within 30 mins checking cars and campers tickets. Don’t be a minute over your time!! There are 6 new spots for camper and and motor homes along the front clearly marked. You can pay cash, app or contactless. Toilets just up the steps. Don’t stay the night you’ll be fined.

Der Deckel viel leider bei starkem Wind immer runter während man die Toilette entleerte. Das kann problematisch werden … außerdem finde ich 3 Pfund nicht günstig, wenn man bedenkt, dass man seine Toilette am Old Man of Storr kostenlos leeren darf :)

A great facility however beware!! I had to pay twice as the door only releases for around 10 seconds before locking again and I couldn't figure out in time which side of the cage was the door ☹️ For anyone using this, the door is on the far left of the keypad and opened outwards

The prices are as you can see on the photos, 3£ 6 hours and 4£ 12 hours, from 8:00 to 22:00, not overnight. It’s close to the city center, 3 min walk, and laundery too. Nice view to the lake.

Parked for a few hours to have lunch and walk in town, car park was busy with vans. We reversed and hung back of van over grass area - make sure all 4 wheels are within lines or buy 2 tickets - the inspector was there handing out fines for those who didn’t!

Unbedingt genau innerhalb Markierungen parken, sonst 2 Tickets ziehen oder 100£ Bußgeld zahlen. 3. 24 Stunden für 5 £. Automat gegenüber unter Pizzeria. Höchstbetrag auswählen & Kennzeichen eingeben. Nachts insgesamt ruhig. Nur Einwerfen von Glasmüll an den nahegelegenen Containern stört etwas.

The whole parking area can be used during the day. However, be careful!! You need to have 4 wheels within the same booth or you will get a big fine. When we got there 5 other motor homes got a fine so remember to have all the wheels within the spot

Je kunt hier alleen je WC legen, zelf hebben we dit niet gedaan. Er is echt geen schoon water of grijswaterpunt hier zoals wel wordt gesuggereerd door een andere bezoeker. De slang is alleen bedoeld om je toilet schoon te spoelen.

The whole parking area can be used by motorhomes during the day, however we were lucky and a police officer told us to park with all 4 wheels in one parking slot, otherwise we would habe to buy two parking tickets. Lots of other motorhomes got a fee.

Super service. You have to block the door when you fill up the water, otherwise you have to pay again. I still had to turn off the water.

Point d’eau douce pour faire le plein et de quoi vider la cassette en payant 3 livres (uniquement en CB sans contact). Robinet fuyant car endommagé c’est dommage. Prenons soin de ces rares points d’eau.

Pas de réel intérêt pour cet arrêt, juste pour pouvoir vider les eaux usées, pour ce qui est de remplir le bidon, panneau stipulant “not drinking water”.

Belle vue, places payantes (3livres pour 3heures). L’accès aux eaux noires et eau sont payant en plus (3livres). Difficile de se garer très proche pour refaire le plein d’eau. Le tuyau présent fait 3 mètres de long. Accès à la ville facile.

Great parking for motorhomes with waste disposal very clean, water available too but not drinking water. Public toilets near by and loads of great shops in the town for stocking up on supplies. If you are looking to eat in the town, book ahead as it gets busy!

Die erste Stunde parken ist umsonst. Danach sollte man aber wieder an seinem Fahrzeug sein, da schnell Strafzettel vergeben werden. Für einen kurzen Abstecher in die schöne Stadt Portree perfekt.

07/05/22 - Didn’t stay overnight used the waste water facilities clean in comparison to others I’ve used. The water point states not drinking water.

Parking en lui même payant et rien de fabuleux. Mais enfin un endroit pour faire les vidanges du camping car, eaux grises et noires, prévue spécialement pour les camping car. Ainsi que de l'eau, le tout gratuit si vous ne restez pas. Que demander de plus!!

Rammed when we arrived. Didn’t park. 9 dedicated moho bays. Don’t park in minibus bays near entrance or overhang normal car bays. Warden present who was ticketing.

Large parking area warden advises make sure wheels are in bays and buy 1 ticket (regardless of overhang) if you span 2 bays buy a 2nd ticket.

We got here early paid £5 and there was 3 other motor homes. Great spot. All sat out had a drink views were lovely x

I agree with Danni...I saw a warden give tickets just now to two motorhomes parked in the Mini bus places opposite to the designated campervan places. You are fine in the right places but the warden reminded me to park within the lines. Off to explore the town...

Warden now on site for any motorhomes not parked in the 5 designated bays. watched him issue tickets at 2pm today and will apply all through the night. do not park if not in the MH Bay spot

Plazas muy estrechas, y con cartel de no dormir... El caso es que hicimos varios noche y sin problema. Buen sitio para visitar la ciudad, la lavandería del Hostel un poco horror... De 4 lavadoras solo funcionaban 2 y no tenían muy buena pinta...

Oui, 5/6 emplacements (non stabilisés) prévus mais pas mal de cc sur les autres emplacements pour voitures. Pas autorisé mais pas interdit non plus ! En tous cas, parfait pour visiter la ville.

Nice location, no problems with an overnight stay in December. Streetlights stay on all night. Near to local amenities and a toilet block.
