Site agréable au bord de la Boyne sur un ancien moulin en ruine suite à un incendie. L'endroit dispose de deux toilettes, de deux douches simples, d'un lavabo, de l'électricité et du wifi. L'endroit est calme et magnifique et les propriétaires très sympathiques.
Pleasant site by the River Boyne on an old mill now in ruins after a fire. The place has two toilets, two simple showers, one washbasin, electricity and wifi. The place is quiet and beautiful and the owners very friendly.
Schöner Ort am Fluss Boyne in einer alten Mühle, die nach einem Brand nur noch eine Ruine ist. Der Ort verfügt über zwei Toiletten, zwei einfache Duschen, ein Waschbecken, Strom und WLAN. Der Ort ist ruhig und wunderschön und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich.

Aangename plaats bij de rivier Boyne aan een oude molen die na een brand nu een ruïne is. De plaats heeft twee toiletten, twee eenvoudige douches, ėėn wasbekken, elektriciteit en wifi. De plaats is rustig en mooi en de eigenaren erg vriendelijk.

Bien que le site soit plaisant, le (seul) sanitaire est un peu brinquebalant. Pas de douche. L'évier est d'un usage possible. Enfin l'accueil est peu chaleureux. Et le tarif élevé (30 € pour une nuit 2 adultes et un van) au regard des prestations.
Ein relativ schöner Platz am Fluss, der auch relativ ruhig ist. Das Bad, wenn man es so nennen will, ist ekelerregend, der Stromanschluss ist zwar vorhanden, aber nur an einer Stelle verfügbar. Die „Küche“ ist sehr heruntergekommen und WiFi hat man nur an den Toiletten und nicht am Platz. Für solche Verhältnisse ist es eine FRECHHEIT überhaupt Geld zu verlangen.
Für eine Zwischenübernachtung o.k., wir haben auf Schotter gestanden, da die Wiese uns zu nass war. Toilette und Dusche nicht sehr einladend, besser man ist autark. Öffentliche Sauna mit anschließendem Bad im Fluss am Stellplatz, wurde am Samstag viel bis 22:00 Uhr genutzt, störte jedoch nicht. Die Nacht war sehr ruhig.
Tolle Lage, Besitzer mäßig freundlich, Toilette total versifft. Schade
Il posto più sporco e disorganizzato di tutta l’Irlanda, la cosa peggiore è che ci è stato detto di scaricare le acque grigie dove capitava e le acque nere in un intercettazione del tubo della fognatura del loro container che finisce in un condotto due metri più in là e non in un posto adeguato per sostanze chimiche, dò due stelle perché non sono stati scortesi, sconsigliato finché non adeguano
Has so much potential, nice environment but let down by the toilet and shower facilities. Hot box sauna on site and some nice ruins and a close pub 1 night stay not the worst

lieu atypique ! Pas vraiment conforme aux photos! le monsieur qui nous a accueilli a été très sympathique. le prix : 25 euros la nuit et 5 euros l'électricité, nous sommes une famille de 5 en camping car. Gros gros bémol il y a deux douches et elles ne fonctionnent pas ! nous sommes donc partis . il y avait aussi un spa avec possibilité de se refroidir dans la rivière ça avait l'air sympa .
The friendly staff and nice grass areas by the river are the best bits about this run down and scruffy site. The door to one of the two mixed sex showers wouldn’t unlock and both had out of order signs on them. Neither had enough room inside to change. We paid €5 for electric hook up but didn’t use it as we didn’t want to lay our cable across the gravel where it would be run over by any vehicle or trip the children who ran about all evening. The water tap was found behind one of the glamping hot tubs and accessed by a wobbly pallet deck and scrunched up astroturf. The on site, separate business, sauna had customers arriving and leaving until 10pm. Th kitchen sink was very grubby but had plenty of hot water.
Leuke plek, erg aardige mensen. Is erg basic, maar prima. Wel wat aan de dure kant.
Mooie kampeerplaats. Vriendelijke en behulpzame staf. Eerder primitieve sanitaire voorzieningen. De prijs rechtvaardigt de kwaliteit niet.
It’s 25 euro per night I was 1 man and his van..if you want electric , park on the hard standing area, or bring several leads for parking on the lovely grassed area
wirklich schöner und ruhiger Platz, der ältere Herr war sehr freundlich und bot uns sogar an Himmberen pflücken zu dürfen. Dusche und WC waren recht einfach, allerdings hat uns das komisch riechende Wasser (Wasserhähne dusche...) abgeschreckt. Für autarke Camper allerdings sehr zu empfehlen. Für den allgemeinen Parkplatz Charakter zu hohe Preise (25€ 2Personen)
This is an awesome place to stay. The family are so welcoming and friendly and the place itself is gorgeous! A beautiful piece of land with ruined abbeys, a ancient bridge over the river and great outdoor facilities like a hot tub and sauna on site. I had a lovely hot shower too. Really hope to come back with my dog and friends one day. Highly recommend.
We drove here and spoke with the owner who graciously let us park out for the night at the bank of the river. Quiet night sleep. Only other cars were anglers coming to fish in the evening.

Endroit très paisible dans un très beau site. Accueil très chaleureux. Le moulin a malheureusement brûlé entierement il y a 15 jours et la proprietaire a tout perdu mais se demène pour accueillir correctement. Douches chaudes, toilettes, electricité, buanderie, barbecues, coin cuisine abrité. On peut y planter sa tente ou garer un van.
20€ pour 4 et le campervan. Électricité (prévoir rallonge GB), eau, WC et douches (froides) incluses. Propriétaire très sympa et arrangeant. Endroit très sympa, sur le parcours touristique de la Boyne valley.

Endroit très sympa et bien équipé (barbecue, cuisine abritée, sanitaires, électricité) dans un cadre très calme et en pleine campagne au bord de la Boyne. Très bon accueil.
