Aire de stationnement en dur près de la route reliant Blanchland à Stanhope, à environ 1,6 km au nord de la jonction B6278. Au milieu des landes, avec une belle vue et un calme absolu. Situation exposée, donc probablement peu propice aux vents forts.
Hard standing parking area by the Blanchland to Stanhope road, about a mile north of B6278 junction. In the middle of the moors, fine views and very quiet. Exposed position so probably not good in high winds.
Befestigter Parkplatz an der Straße von Blanchland nach Stanhope, etwa 1,6 km nördlich der Kreuzung B6278. Mitten im Moorland gelegen, mit schöner Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Aufgrund der exponierten Lage ist der Parkplatz bei starkem Wind wahrscheinlich nicht geeignet.

Room for approx 2 vans, it was a quiet night, nice views but lots of rubbish about, we litter picked and filled a bag, (we carry a litter picker for this purpose) could have easily filed another but no room left in the back of the van ! ... Respect nature. Also dead sheep(sad face ) , looked like hit by a vehicle... Some of the vehicles that passed us seemed to be going very fast
