a lovely site, yes it's simple but everything is clean, hot water in showers. you can walk into Whitby but, if you are like me you may struggle as I did. I would definitely go again one night for 2 adults and 2 dogs in a motorhome was £32. you can book on their website or by phone.
I we paid £30 for two people 1 night, very nice basic site, park where you want, clean toilets and showers
Sehr schöner Platz - gute Nähe zu Whitby. WIFI fehlt leider. Sonst alles sehr nett, sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen.
Keine Dachzelte willkommen, wurde uns erst nach der Ankunft mitgeteilt obwohl wir es als Kommentar hinterlassen hatten.
A lovely spacious campsite, great services, shower and toilet block immaculate. Bonus only a 30mins walk into Whitby. Friendly personal. If you get a chance the Falling Floss tea garden a short drive away is a must.

Stayed for 2 nights, £31 a night for a hard standing for camper van with EHU. Water & waste disposal facilities, laundrette, washing up area and nice clean toilet/shower block. Friendly owners, dogs welcome. Easy walking distance into Whitby, approx one mile with short cut they showed us at reception.
Friendly site. £26 for 2 adults, hard standing (levelling blocks being used on most pitches) with ehu. Very clean, well maintained facilities. Great location for walking into Whitby. No wifi but good 5g. Choose your own pitch. Great views.
Spontan angerufen und drei Nächte gebucht. Sehr freundliche Dame am Telefon. Der Platz ist sehr groß und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Von der Straße haben wir nichts gehört. Seinen Stellplatz darf man sich außerdem selbst aussuchen. In der Nähe gibt es einen Park and Ride Parkplatz. So kommt man problemlos ins Zentrum vom wunderschönen Whitby. Wir kommen aufjedenfall nochmal!
Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr schöner Platz mit saubereren Anlagen. 26£ für 2 Erwachsene und allem inklusive. Kein WLAN aber dafür LTE (Telekom, O2, Blau). Straße kann man hören. Hat uns nicht gestört. Super um den Ort zu erkunden. Empfehlung: Mittwoch Golden Lion ab 19:30 Uhr live Musik in irische Atmosphäre.
Stayed Saturday night after picking up our new campervan. Lovely site, great views, pub nearby and shop. Only about 35 minute walk to the harbour (45 on the way back up hill!)
Had a lovely stay at this site- £26 for a night with electric hook up and clean toilet/shower facilities. 5 minute walk from the park and ride into Whitby and a nice pub. Would recommend!
Etwas weiter weg vom Meer, dafür hatten wir hier noch einen Platz bekommen.
Nice site. Bigger and busier than we would usually visit but well-kept and very tidy with excellent, clean facilities. We paid 25 GPB for a hardstanding pitch with electricity (although we didn't need or use that). Field nearby where you can let dogs off the lead. Would probably stay here again.
Stayed here for one Sunday night in the field next to the main campsite easily walkable distance into town. Nice Garden centre with cafe about 4 minutes walk and also a park and ride next to that.
Friendly campsite with great facilities. Quiet place and staff are lovely. Book ahead if you can as it can be quite busy.
