Wir waren alleine auf einem großen Schotterparkplatz, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen richtig gut. Leider ist es sehr laut von der Straße, auch nachts.
Le Botany Bay Inne est un magnifique pub de campagne situé sur la route principale A31 en direction de Weymouth et Poole. Nous servons des classiques de pub et de nouvelles spécialités tout au long de la semaine, servies de 21h à 21h. Notre camping a été récemment rénové, les commodités sont donc limitées. Le séjour est gratuit tant que vous passez à l'intérieur du pub. Veuillez vous présenter au bar avec inscription. Merci et bon séjour!
The Botany Bay Inne is a beautiful country pub situated on the A31 main road towards Weymouth and Poole. Ideal for a pit stop! We serve pub classics and new specials throughout the week which is served from 9-9pm at night and then closure of the pub at 10 along with the toilets. Our campsite is newly renovated so amenities is limited. Stay is free as long as you spend inside the pub. Please check in at the bar with registration. Thank you and enjoy your stay!

Wir servieren die ganze Woche über Pub-Klassiker und neue Spezialitäten, die von 21 bis 21 Uhr abends serviert werden. Unser Campingplatz wurde kürzlich renoviert, daher sind die Annehmlichkeiten begrenzt. Der Aufenthalt ist kostenlos, solange Sie sich im Pub aufhalten. crm2003/08/2025Large gravel area next to A31 so lots of road noise. We decided not to stay. Gravel is very deep in parts. We chose to reverse in, as we weigh 3.5 tonnes and park where the gravel is shallow along the hedge along side the main road.

Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Stellplatz! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Essen vor Ort war richtig lecker und preislich total in Ordnung, eine Seltenheit heutzutage! Der Platz ist super hundefreundlich, unsere Vierbeiner waren genauso willkommen wie wir. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!
clifford175020/06/2025Arrived and found the motorhome parking at the back of the car park. Be careful as the stones are quite deep and maybe freshly put down. We got our wheel stuck at a certain angle! We went in and asked if okay to stay and they just took our name, phone number and reg. We then brought 3 drinks. Perfectly good sleep with one other camper arriving after us.

We arrived late one evening (8:40pm). These guys were so accommodating for us serving food until 9pm, they waited until we had finished eating to close up. We're grateful to those for allowing us to stay overnight as we had already had a long journey and a storm had just set in. We're definitely coming back! The food was absolutely gorgeous too not to mention the portion sizes!! 5/5 stars!

Stellplatz direkt an einer viel befahrener Hauptstraße. Sehr laut. Personal sehr freundlich. Vor der Theke klebt man auf dem Boden fest, ebenso kleben die Tische (habe 2 ausprobiert). ekelhaft

Dedicated area free for motorhomes/campers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was excellent.
pauljohnstone18/05/2025Thankyou everyone at the Botany bay inne for making our stop over a joy. Ruby,our dog had 5 star treatment and had her picture taken by the landlady to add to the gallery on the wall. The food and service spot on .Motorhomes have dedicated parking area.

a lovely big park up set in the grounds of a beautiful pub .. buy a beer and maybe a meal park up for free .. excellent food and very friendly staff.. I will definitely put this place in my favourites ! try the roast dinner on a Sunday.. delicious!!

Excellent stop over - loads of level parking asked to park in overflow, friendly staff and great food. Just leave Reg with staff.

Arrived Friday evening about 5pm, the manager Donna made us very welcome, no charge to stay over. However we did eat in the bar, food was very nice. We will return, next time not in a hire vehicle it will be in our own. ?

Great option to stay before or after Kingston Lacy. Pub is nice and dog friendly. Obviously close to the road, so not for you if you are a very light sleeper. But hardly any traffic and for us it was perfect.

Newly laid out gravel parking area beyond the main pub carpark. Level site and although near the road, not overly noisy with no disturbance from the pub customers as they come and go. The pub itself is nice with decent food and on the night we stayed, the chef was cooking an outside BBQ and they had live music. The toilets aren't accessible once the pub closes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
bbjelis09/08/2024We spent the night here last night. The staff were super nice and accommodating and we had a great breakfast in the morning, which was also made gluten free for us. The parking lot is clean and peaceful.
