Good spot to stay. Near town centre and quiet through out the night. More catered to van 6m but a few spaces that fitted our 6.4m van
Parking payant. Le stationnement est limité à Oban et cela s'est avéré être une bonne option. Surtout si vous prenez un ferry. L'inconvénient de passer la nuit est que cela peut être un peu bruyant avec les trains et les ferrys. (Principalement calme de minuit à 6 heures du matin). Le parking est assez petit, vous devrez donc peut-être avoir de la chance avec une place. Très bien si vous arrivez tôt le matin. Parfait pour explorer Oban à proximité de la ville
Pay and display car park. Parking is limited in Oban and this turned out to be a good option. Especially if catching a ferry. Downside for staying overnight is that it can be a bit loud with the trains and ferry's. (Mainly quiet during midnight to 6am). Car park is quite small so you might have to get lucky with a space. Alright if you arrive early morning. Perfect for exploring Oban as close distance to town
Gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz. In Oban gibt es nur wenige Parkplätze, und dieser Parkplatz hat sich als gute Option erwiesen. Besonders, wenn man eine Fähre nimmt. Der Nachteil beim Übernachten ist, dass es wegen der Züge und Fähren etwas laut sein kann. (Vor allem von Mitternacht bis 6 Uhr morgens ist es ruhig.) Der Parkplatz ist ziemlich klein, also muss man vielleicht Glück haben, einen Platz zu bekommen. In Ordnung, wenn man früh morgens ankommt. Perfekt, um Oban zu erkunden, da es in der Nähe der Stadt ist

PHamilton2005/03/2026Small carpark beside Premier in, not suitable for large vans as spaces are short, really only one space suitable for 6m van on slight slope. Quiet with regards to traffic but a few people about around 3am. Had breakfast in premier inn, £10.99 they were very welcoming. £7.75 for 24hrs

Praktisch für die Nacht vor der Fähre. 7,50£ für 24 Stunden. Man ist zu Fuß sofort in der Stadt und am Hafen. Nachts ist es relativ ruhig. Wenn man Glück hat findet man Samstag Abends aber auch kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße in der Nähe (unter der Woche, Sonntags, bzw. tagsüber aber auch kostenpflichtig). Nachts, wenn man spät ankommt genug Platz fürs Wohnmobil. Tagsüber zu voll.

Perfect for visiting Oban as right in the centre. 24hr fee of £7.50. Some noise around 6am as people were getting on the ferry but to be expected as the carpark is at the ferry port! Not suitable for big campers, Vauxhall Vivaro LWB only just fit in a space at the back of the carpark!
HeidiEnJo20/07/2025Enkel voor kleine campers, genre van. Wij konden er onmogelijk staan (7m). Betere optie (maar wel duurder) is Rockfield Car park voor grote campers.

Parking sur le port, à 30 secondes à pied du centre ville, pratique pour visiter Oban à pied. Payant : 7,50£ pour 24h (borne de paiement carte bleue). Nous avions peur du bruit mais en fait très calme, on entend juste un peu les ferry le matin mais vraiment rien de trop dérangeant. Sinon : autre parking de l'autre côté du port avec une plus belle vue.

Right next to the ferry port and 2 minute walk from town. £7.50 for 24 hrs and although the location would sound busy it was actually pretty quiet

Ne convient que pour des véhicules courts. Nuit calme sinon avec le premier ferry vers 7 heures du matin (mais c'était un dimanche...). À deux pas du centre-ville.
