I parked there and it turned out the gravel area belongs the other business,when i got back he said they will give me a ticket for illegally parking
Grande zone de gravier au bout du parking du musée du Crayon. Pas de bruit de circulation. Pas de commodités mais proche de la ville et à 20 minutes à pied du lac.
Large gravel area at the end of the Pencil museum car park. No traffic noise. No facilities but close to the town , and 20 minute walk to the lake.
Großer Schotterplatz am Ende des Parkplatzes des Bleistiftmuseums. Kein Verkehrslärm. Keine Einrichtungen, aber in der Nähe der Stadt und 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum See.

Good for visiting Keswick however new signs no overnight permitted in any of the carpark!

Don't get caught out !!!! gravel car park at side of tarmac car park. payment machine on left as enter car park, says £10 for 24 hours. When you get on car park there 2 signs obscured by parked vehicles, which state motorhomes no over night occupancy. its a great location to park up for the day. 5 mins walk into keswick
BexNMex10/08/2024pencil museum car park, paid £3 with card for up to 3 hours daytime, loads of space and toilets to use at the pencil museum, but overnight prohibited here

Good quiet stopover in gravel car park 5 minute walk to the town where you will find lots of shops and restaurants , however there are no facilities except some picnic benches. Around 20 minute walk to the lake. Nearby small supermarket. NOTE: Use the photos and make sure you enter the correct car park as the one opposite does not allow sleeping in motorhomes.
