nice campsite but £30 for a midweek night without electric in Feb (not half term) is a lot when the facilities weren't top-notch

Kempthornes07/09/2025Amazing stay. Staff were lovely and friendly. Great facilities. Lovely food and a bar. Nice walks up the lanes and to the pubs. electric and water on the pitch. Plenty of activities and games for the kids Cant wait to come back. Thank you
HeKl22/08/2025Ist ein schöner Platz mit mit grossen Stellplätzen. Die Infrastruktur, insbesondere die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr rustikal und auch nicht besonders gepflegt. Schade für diesen Platz.
Spunken1425/05/2025We only stayed one night but, Great little campsite lots for children to do, dog friendly, and massive pitches, little cafe for takeaway, drinks, or sit in, ablutions are basic but clean and presentable, will be booking again.

Prima plek om een nacht door te brengen, plek voorzien van stroom. Met onze vrij grote camper was het ook goed te doen om de camping op te rijden, we hadden vooraf gereserveerd met een code konden we de slagboom openen en het terrein oprijden. Sanitair is niet heel modern of nieuw, maar gewoon praktisch met wam water. Voor kinderen is er best veel vertier te vinden. Al met al een prima camping.

I would say this is a family friendly camping site. Play area, table tennis, ball game field right next to some pitches, crazy golf. It's a little more 'tired' than the photos suggest. No hand driers in toilet areas, no loo roll. Lots of children and dogs, so wasn't quiet until about 9:30pm. Hard standing areas for motorhomes £28 a night, near entrance.

Stayed here last night on our way to Norfolk. It's a rustic site and well worth a visit. Great location with some great activities. Shame we only stayed for 1 night. Will definitely be staying again. Friendly welcome, really easy set up. Would definitely recommend for couples, groups or families.
