Good safe place to park up overnight. I rang the number provided and owner came to meet me and check me in. Pay refundable deposit for key. Gate is locked overnight and you call him again when you want to leave the next day (anytime) fresh water fill up point and bin.

Great stopover £12 a night + £5 extra for EHU. Short walk into the town along the seafront or the other way to Suggitts lane bridge and Grimsby rd to hop on buses into Grimsby. Come and go as you please with a key for the main gate or the pedestrian gate next to it.

great stay over right on the seafont

Great stopover. Stayed last night. When we arrived we rang the number and the guy came and unlocked the gate for us. Really friendly. Toilet waste disposal. Water. A bit of noise from the road but didn’t go on late, and it’s worth it to wake up and see the beautiful views looking out. Situated just next to the beach. Get your own key for a £10 deposit that’s returned to you. Very secure!

Ein großer Parkplatz, mehr nicht. Der Platzwart ist freundlich und das Gelände ist eingezäunt.

Drove by Friday and saw day parking prices, came back Saturday but gate was locked. Called number on gate to be told they don't unlock the gate to operate as a day park unless the seafront is full. We are over 6m but we're risking the seafront spaces because the only other van park is miles down the coast. At least if you have a wasted journey there's a turning circle at the end of the road.

For a stopover it’s ok not bad priced and plenty of space, EHU if needed and Elsa /grey waste disposal short walk to the prom and beach but let down by the constant revving of “Yoofs” in their cars or 125 bikes it would have been a lot busier if people could, read, several motor homes drove up and indicated only to find the gate closed (it only opens on a weekend for cars) although you could ring the number in the side for access. £12 low season is cheap enough d having the gates locked is additional security (you do get a set of keys to open the gate if needed)

lovely guy, got the basics water and elsan. felt safe and secure as key access from 1900 hrs and car park only open to cars at weekend. Road and train noise but has a Sea view. £12 night £17 night with electric (only a few available)

If you want to be in Cleethorpes this is perfect. Some maybe bothered by cars with loud exhausts cruising up the prom but we just turned the music up and it wasn’t an issue.

fantastic to see towns having places for campervans, perhaps more places should do this. felt safe, not a lot of noise. lovely walk along the promenade. would definitely recommend, and will definitely be coming back.

great stopover, direct sea front, large secure carpark, easy access & short walk into town. was very quiet when we arrived just after 10am & didnt need EHU so was told we could park anywhere we wanted so got a good level spot. will def use again

Very friendly lady, place is secure but could do with more electric hook up points , downside boy racers up till midnight racing around island , but can’t moan for £12 a night .

We pulled up and left. Not sure how you got the key but it looks very deserted. Why would want to pay to stay there?

Love it here the sea very near don’t have to cross roads to reach the beach. There is trains nearby going by until 11pm but isn’t really a problem for us at all feel secure with a locked gate. Electric available and fresh water. Will be coming back here

Basic but secure and had a good night's sleep. Great location to walk along the sea front. Daisy.

Endroit très sympa pour se balader à la plage mais très bruyant la nuit
