We were lucky to find a curbside parking spot for our 6m van around noon. We stayed for 5+ hours. Watch out where you parked as there are many private spots.
Parking gratuit dans un petit quartier résidentiel. Certaines zones sont privées, alors assurez-vous de lire les panneaux et de ne pas vous y garer, mais les places restantes sont gratuites. Il se trouve à environ 30 minutes à pied du château d'Édimbourg et dispose d'environ 30 à 40 places. Ne convient pas aux véhicules très longs (7 m+).
Free parking in a small residential area. There are some areas that are private so be sure to read the signs and not park there, but the remaining spaces are free. It’s about a 30 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle and they have about 30-40 spaces. Not suitable for super long vehicles (7m+).

Very good free spot. Still outside the emission zone and yet in walkable distance to the centre.

Tres bonne adresse pour une journée en ville. Place trouvée vers 10h30 même s’il restait peu d’emplacements.

Guter Ort zum Parken, wenn man unter Tags in die Innenstadt von Edinburgh möchte. Man muss jedoch Glück haben, dass am Wochenende hier etwas frei ist.
