Florinda ist wirklich klasse. Hier fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen. Der Platz ist sehr ruhig, bis auf die Hunde der Nachbarn. Auf Empfehlung der Gastgeberin waren wir in der Pizzeria im Ort . Preis Leistung einfach unschlagbar.

Très bien accueillie par Florenda , super emplacement au calme, nous avons passé une agréable nuit .

Florinda hat mich und meinen Vierbeiner so herzlich empfangen. Ich war 2 Tage da, sie hat mich zum Bahnhof gefahren um Rom zu besuchen, ich durfte mit Schlüssel in ihre Privaträume zum Duschen und für WC. Wichtig: respektiert ihre Privaträume! Wer 30 Minuten duscht, sollte mal darüber nachdenken, wie sie selbst mit Fremden umgehen würde!Danke Dir Florinda, ich komme wieder!

Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich auf ihrem Privatgrundstück begrüsst! Vor allem weil in der Gegend sonst alles sehr teuer ist waren wir froh über die Möglichkeit hier im Garten zu schlafen! Die nacht war ruhig und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen.

L'hôte n'a vraiment pas été accueillante avec nous, on a senti un malaise et elle nous a donné l'impression de déranger. Une chose est sûre, on y retournera pas et on déconseillera à nos amis voyageurs d'aller chez elle.

Très bien accueillis à l’arrivée. Mais après 30 min à 2 dans la salle de bain, l’hôte a toqué à la porte parce que c’était trop long. L’impression de dérangé, on a dû se justifier sur le fait d’être aller au wc. Nous devions lui écrire pour avoir accès au wc le soir, et après avoir justifié que nous voulions y aller la nuit, nous avons eu les clés de la porte. L’impression de déranger l’hôte…

Extremely safe (gated with CCTV) and quiet with a very nice chilled out vibe. Florinda is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble. Her recommendation of Roxy’s Pizzeria is the best Pizzas we have had in Italy. Very big, very cheap and extremely tasty. The bottle of wine, from the vineyard close by was excellent also. We stayed here for 5 nights and everything was perfect. Florinda organised a car to take us to the train station and again it was faultless. Florinda has 35 years of hosting experience and she certainly knows what she is doing. What a lovely lady who speaks great English and we would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Florinda.

Un punt de parada per fer nit en el camí entre Roma i Nàpols molt acollidor. La propietària, Sra Florinda, molt amable i atenta amb les nostres necessitats. Molt recomanable.

We can only confirm what the last reviewer wrote. Florinda knows how to look after her guests and nothing is too much trouble. If you phone first you will be warmly welcomed.

One of the greatest places in Italy. Florinda is very welcoming and takes care of really everything! The connection to Rome is good and the price per night is more than reasonable. I don't understand the people who don't call beforehand and then write that no-one will show up - in the description is highlighted that you have to let her know before you arrive! Thank you for the great time Florinda!

Florinda hosted us at the end of April and we had the most fantastic stay. Such an accommodating and lovely person who took us to and from the train station / beach and also did our washing. Our dog had a great time in the beautiful garden with the free roaming dogs and as did we! We will definitely be back. Harriet & Georgia x

Florindas' place is one of the best places we have tried in our entire 9 months in Europe. It's not just a parking space. She made us feel like we were her family or old friends. We traveled with our 7 and 9 kids and our 15-month-old baby. Florinda selflessly helped us a lot. We stayed 7 days and we went by train to and from Rome. It was more convenient for us to park there and also cheaper.Grazie

Ein wundervoller Ort um schöne Tage zu verbringen. Eine super freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin die sich sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert. Der Platz ist hundefreundlich mit eigenen lieben Hunden. Frische Biozitronen die man sich direkt vom Baum pflücken kann sind inklusive. Kann den Platz nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin! Ist eine nette Anlage, man kann die Dusche und Toilette bei ihr in der Wohnung benutzen! Nette, aber freilaufende Hunde, wenn man Angst hat, nicht der beste Platz!

Florinda ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Etwas schwer zu finden, die Hausnummer ist jetzt Nr. 21. vorher anrufen! Guter Platz zum übernachten aber auch um nach Rom zu kommen.

Eine zuvorkommendere Gastgeberin gibt es nicht. Super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und vor allem sicher gefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es kein direktes Frischwasser gibt. Der Strand ist mit dem Rad 30min entfernt.

Wir standen zwei Nächte bei Florinda. So eine taffe tolle Frau, die wirklich alles macht, damit es einem gut geht. hat uns sogar zum Bahnhof gefahren und abgeholt, damit wir uns Rom anschauen konnten. Schön, wenn man so einen rummeligen Stadttag hinter sich hat wieder in ihren ruhigen Garten zu kommen. Ihre Hunde sind auch einfach toll. Danke Florinda einfach für alles. bleib wie du bist.

Florinda est une hôtesse remarquable. Elle a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Le lieux est simple et très bien placé entre Rome et la côte. De plus, notre hôtesse ne cherche pas à extorquer ses visiteurs, c'est exceptionnel.

Florinda ist eine sehr nette hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns auf ihrem Grundstück sicher gefühlt und haben Rom besucht. Von Aprillia mit dem Zug ist man in einer halben Stunde dort. Bei allem hilft Florinda sehr großzügig.

La proprietà della Sig.ra Florinda è chiusa, sorvegliata e sicura. Abbastanza facile da trovare se parli con lei e segui indicazioni. Piacevole e rilassante location, è stata una grande scoperta! Ottima accoglienza. Tutto super comodo però il bagno è interno alla casa, quindi bisogna sempre entrare e uscire... Un punto di riferimento sicuramente da ricordare :) ci torneremo!

Das Grundstück ist groß und gepflegt, die Toilette und Dusche immer sauber und die vier dort wohnenden Hunde sind zutraulich und lieb. es ist mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr nicht weit von Rom und Anzio. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, in unserem Host haben wir neben einer herzlichen Gastgeberin auch eine Freundin gefunden. so hilfsbereite und liebe Menschen trifft man wirklich selten.

Super nette Gastgeberin. Zwar etwas schwer zu finden aber man kann sie einfach anrufen und sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr sicher hier zu stehen, da man auf ihrem riesigen Grundstück steht und das umzäunt und Video überwacht ist. Sie spricht super englisch und man kann hier duschen, auf Toilette gehen, die Küche nutzen etc. Hat süße Tiere, definitiv perfekt für einen Ausflug nach Rom (Zug 30 min)

Accoglienza e gentilezza della signora Florinda,padrona di casa con uno splendido sorriso,meritano da soli il massimo dei voti.Si parcheggia sul retro,giardino piatto ed erboso,un po' disordinato,parte di un grande parco:silenzio riposo e belle passeggiate.Esterni un po' decadenti,ma interni del b&B bellissimi e doccia fantastica.Costo 12€! è assolutamente onesto.Chiamare prima per prenotare.

Llegamos tarde sin avisar y nos recibió amablemente. por la mañana nos pusimos duchar en una ducha muy buena, con mucha fuerza de agua y en baño único. La estancia ha sido muy buena. Ella es maravillosa y su casa una joya. Hemos recargado agua, pero aguas negras no hemos podido, no sé si porque no se puede o porque no nos hemos entendido bien. A nosotros no nos ha importado. Lo recomendamos 100%

What a place to stay :) super friendly host and beautiful surroundings. You can do nice day trips to Rome and leave the car there, it is safe. Just call her before you arrive and she will help you with a lot of stuff! Thank you Florinda ☺️

Fantastischer Stellplatz mitten im grünen. Da es ein Privatgrundstück ist fühlt man sich sehr sicher und kann das Auto auch getrost stehen lassen um mal einen Ausflug nach Rom zu machen (was ohne Auto zu empfehlen ist) Florinda hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns sogar zur Haltestelle gefahren damit wir in die Stadt fahren konnten. Große Empfehlung und angemessener Preis!

Ein wunderschöner Ort in der Natur zum zur Ruhe kommen! Eine liebevolle Host, haben vorher angerufen, hat alles wunderbar geklappt :) kommen gerne wieder hierher!!
