beautiful walks. busy with dog walkers but I was by myself after half 6. spent a lovely quiet night. if you are a Harry Potter fan they filmed some of deathly hallows here.

J'ai eu un signal, mais la route est couverte de fosses et mesure 2 mètres maximum... Cependant, il y a un petit parking à côté de la route et de l'entrée sur laquelle des camionnettes plus grandes pourraient se garer.

I had signal, but the road is covered in pit holes and is max 2m... however there is a small car park next to the road and entrance that bigger vans could park on

Ducato25118/07/2025Height limit 2,1 m. A few places almost on the road just outside the 2,1m bar. We went to the previous place without heigh limit, a few meters down the road.

I stayed here on a Friday evening, very quiet and a comfortable night. Walkers began arriving at 6am.

Gravel car park. No Motorhomes will fit under the barrier only campervans. There is large Pot holes at the entrance, nothing extreme. Do not use Apple Maps to locate this it will take you elsewhere. Google maps took us right to it. Picnics areas with benches. Last walker/Runner left at around 20:30 and people started returning at around 6:30.

Parked here November 5th. A few young adults turned up at night but kept themselves to their selves. Busy in the morning with dog walkers. A great spot to park.

Toller Platz! Etwas schräg, aber sehr ruhig. Morgens kamen Einheimische, die einen auch noch freundlich grüßten!

Wir kamen Abends an und hatten trotz starken Regen eine gute Nacht. Am Morgen kamen einheimische zum spazieren, wandern und Hunde ausführen, alle sehr lieb. Neben dem Schotterplatz gibt es einen kleinen Steinkreis zum besichtigen und Picknickbänke zum Essen.
renegadeshenanigans14/07/2023We stayed here on a Thu night and it was perfectly quiet (a lot less traffic noise than we had in some paid-for campsites!). The last dog walkers left around 8.30pm, some teenagers stopped by for a smoke around 11pm but didn’t bother us and quickly buggered off again, and the rest of the night we had the spot completely to ourselves. Locals were friendly as always :)

Beautiful place. Stayed one night very quiet but busy in the morning with dog walkers. There is a height restriction on the entrance at 7foot so only smaller campers.

There’s a 2.1m height restriction. You can stay on the outside of the barrier where you can fit around 3-4 mid size campers. Otherwise very quiet and very few cars.
