j'ai passé une semaine sur le parking du Riad Qodwa. accueil très sympatique et chaleureux du propriétaire et des employés. Mais ce n'est plus une aire de camping car, uniquement un parking où beaucoup de voitures se garent encore tard la nuit, donc assez bruyant. Le seul avantage est qu'on est à 300m de l'arrêt de bus ou taxis collectifs. le voyage jusqu'au terminus, bab ghmat coûte 5 à 10dh
Stayed 1 night in a camper van. charged 100 dirham per adult for using the car park, facilities and pools. which we find expensive compared to other campsites in Marrakech. There are 2 pools and a restaurant. unfortunately it's like the place is still not finished, broken tiles, unfinished buildings etc. shame as it has the potential to be brilliant.
mooie plek. en vriendelijke conciërge Houssein. en hielp ons waar nodig. Personeel restaurant vonden wij niet zo vriendelijk. En het meubilair buiten kan beter. Alleen nog investeren in een douche complex voor het camping gedeelte. Waar we nu konden douchen hebben we niet gebruikt, was een vreemde plek met idd enorme kakkerlakken in de douchebak, snel rechtsomkeert ☺️. Verder was alles naar wens.
The access to the parking area is poor due to the gateway being offset and the turn through the gate is rather tight. There were noisy people slamming car doors etcetera until the early hours of the morning. charges posted above bear no relationship to what I was actually charged. There was no apology - only 'that's not our fault ' I have to ask myself, whose fault is it?
Die Angaben treffen nicht auf den Preis zu: 100 Dh mußten wir bezahlen. Vorsicht nicht nur bei der Höhe, sondern auch bei Breite und Länge. Mit unserem Kastenwagen mit 6,50 m Länge und 1,95 m Breite kamen wir soeben noch durch das Tor. Die Behandlung durch den Rezeptionisten war eher herablassend.
Price is not as stated on P4N (is the ‘old price’) we had to negotiate for it. In the end, we agreed on 150 all included. In the night we had a swim (staff even invited us for a swim) and food. Next morning while in the pool, guy came to us that ‘pool was not included’. We had to pay more. The bathroom was very very dirty, broken, and there were dead cockroaches in the bathtub. Gross. Don’t go.

Much more than we would have expected from a simple stopover. really nice parking in a protected space with fruit trees and peacocks. staff was very friendly and you can have breakfast with the 'normal' riad staff.
Super endroit très calme avec des superbes oiseaux nous avons passer une nuit à 4 , 140 dirham avec le camion toilette wefe au niveau des douches et douche chaude mais robinetterie à revoir mais ça c’est pas très grave en soit !! et le staff sont tous gentil et très accueillant je conseille vivement ++++
