Spent three nights with our motorhome here and great little site. Toilets & showers very clean and all services available including black waste and laundry. Plenty of walks available in this stunning picturesque location and both Grassington & Linton falls are both walkable if you fancy the trek. 30 min bus journey to Skipton from the stop nr the Shell garage is worth the trip - great little town
Ein sehr schöner und sauberer Platz mit sehr freundlichem Inhaber. Standen mit reichlich Abstand auf perfekt gemähter Wiese, Strom inklusive, Duschen sehr sauber und warm, ein wunderbarer Platz auf einer Farm mitten in den Dales.
Popped in to ask if we could pay for black water disposal and water fillup. The price given was £20, "the same as an overnight stay". When I said this was normally about a fiver, he said his price was cheap as in season prices go up and it's £30. He then watched from the window, presumably to make sure we left without stealing any water! We had been polite and friendly. Odd.
We stayed here 21/3/25 in our motorhome, slight slope on gravel standing, toilets, showers, toilet waste, fresh water and grey water drop all included in price of £26 all you need to do is buy a £10 electric card for which you get refunded on what you haven’t used (we used 0.15p only over night) friendly staff, quiet night on site, easy to find as brown signs pointing the way, laundry available
Een mooie camping met uitstekende sanitaire voorzieningen waar de verwarming zelfs in de zomer brandt. Aardige eigenaren en stroomkosten na verbruik. Echt super. Mooie publieke wandelingen vanuit de camping
Ein toller Platz! Sehr saubere sanitäre Anlagen. Riesen großer Dogwalk. Wanderungen direkt vom Platz aus möglich. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Besitzer.
Viel schöner geht es nicht! Wunderschöne idyllische und absolut ruhige Lage. Abgesperter riesengroßer bewaldeter Bereich in dem man die Hunde frei laufen lassen kann. Duschen und Toiletten sauber und gut. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Jederzeit wieder.
what a lovely little place toilets and showers was spotless owner was helpful we really enjoyed our stay here and price was good 20 quid camper no electricity will definitely be back
Took a sudden turn as we saw camping sign, and being let down by a neighbouring one. The owners/ family of Wood Nook are just delightful. The site was clean and easy to use. We ended up staying a second night . Also its a easy 1 mile walk to the spar garage on the main road and bus stop for access to skipton.
