one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. views are absolutely amazing. arrived about 4 on a rainy afternoon and it was still busy of people coming and going. very quiet that night. went for a big 4 hr walk up the wicklow way accessible from the park up. don't think it would be suitable for large vans as it would be harder to turn. would highly recommend a stay here

Out of all the spots listed close by this is by far the best. Great view of the lake and relatively flat. Also a bit further away from the road. Quite a tight turn if you approach from the Sally Gap direction. Also not a lot of space to turn but doable as long as not too busy. Highly recommended.

Guter Parkplatz um eine ruhige Nacht zu verbringen. Ab dem Parkplatz starten atemberaubende Wanderungen und es gibt ein direkten Einstieg in den MTB Park. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Prachtig uitzicht, parkeerplek is wel behoorlijk scheef dus level parkeren is lastig. Verder hoor je de weg vrij goed en komen er al vroeg mensen parkeren. Maar verder natuurlijk vooral een mooie plek

Beautiful tranquil stop. Be careful of how you park up. There is a slope which can make reversing a large vehicle difficult

Belle vue sur le lac Tay. Emplacement en surplomb de la route ce qui diminue le bruit des voitures. Arrêts de véhicules sur zone jusqu'à 21h30. Nous avons passé une nuit très tranquille sur cet endroit. Nous étions seuls dans notre fourgon aménagé de 6 mètres.

Superbe vue sur le lac Guinness, lieu de tournage de la série Viking. Nuit sans bruit bien que la route soit à proximité. Endroit assez venteux du fait de l’altitude mais ça passe à l’abri du van.

Rustig geslapen, geen last van de weg gehad. Vanuit de parkeerplaats starten meerdere mooie wandelingen. Het uitzicht op het meer is geweldig. Er zijn geen voorzieningen.

sind hier Anfang Mai total alleine gestanden und haben die Ruhe genossen. Bis ca. 22 Uhr ein reges kommen und gehen aufgrund der Aussicht auf den Lake Guiness, in der Nacht absolute Ruhe.

Arrived early in the day and went for a walk, came back at 5 and all the other parking spots had been blocked with cones so assume we weren't welcome here? Seemed perfect, other than extreme wind.

Toller Platz mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Wie schon erwähnt sehr starke Winde, das Auto wackelte stark.

We stayed here on a night with gale force winds, so it was scary. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. The view is spectacular and the hike is amazing. I gave 4 stars because the parking wasn't flat.

Tout au fond de l'impasse, un super spot ! Protégé du vent par la rangée d'arbre. Une vue extraordinaire sur le lac Guinness. Endroit très calme, nous avons passé une très bonne nuit en toute sécurité. De nombreuses randos à proximité. Nous recommandons ce spot.

spot vraiment très beau ! vue sur le lac, j'y suis resté 1 nuit sans aucun problème, pas de bruit, juste des randonneurs le matin. une chouette randonnée est au départ du parking. attention pour les gros véhicules il est compliqué de faire demi-tour sur le parking.

Fantastic spot with incredible views. Gets busy with dog walkers and bikers, some awesome walks here!
