Con una ubicación idílica en el triángulo fronterizo con Gronau (NRW), Grafschaft Bentheim (Baja Sajonia) y directamente en la frontera con NL-Enschede. Se pueden hacer compras los 7 días de la semana en Enschede o de lunes a sábado en el centro outlet Ochtrup. Excelentes rutas de senderismo y ciclismo conectadas con el sistema de rutas holandés justo enfrente del hotel. Muy buena cocina italiana con pizza al horno, pasta y postres caseros, así como escalope de Westfalia y abundantes guarniciones. Llegada entre las 8:00 y las 11:00 horas y de las 15:00 a las 21:00 horas (invierno hasta las 20:00 horas) sin reserva.
