As soon as we parked here we were approached by the police that told us the following: we won’t give you a ticket but there are guys going around in blue vests that will give you a fine IF YOU PARK ON GRASS and that it is NOT SAFE TO STAY OVER NIGHT because of frequent robberies. We were told to park in front of a camp site 400m away marked on park4night, if you are in Rotterdam for short time.
très bien, de nombreuses places, semble sécuritaire désormais, nous avons laissé notre camion toute une journée et aucun problème, à environ 45 minutes du centre ville. à éviter de nuit je pense.
Nous avons passé 2 nuits sans problème. Nous nous sommes stationnés en épi avec l'arriere du camping-car dans l'herbe pour ne pas depasser sur la route. Le bruit des trains s'arrête avant minuit et ne commence pas très tôt le matin. Le centre est à 45 mn à pied ou 20 minutes à vélo. Environnement agréable avec le parc et le zoo proche.
We came here to stay the night, we werent parked too long when there was a group of men racing down the road on motorcycles doing wheelies at speed so we decided to go to another stop as the surrounding area didnt feel that safe to us either.
Super um einen Tag in Rotterdam zu verbringen. Aber nicht zum Übernachten geeignet. In der Niederlande sollte man offizielle Stellplätze anfahren.
A fuir absolument, nous avons dû quitter l'endroit en début de nuit parce qu'on a senti que quelqu'un essayait de nous voler les vélos sur notre porte vélo. Par chance ils ont eu seulement le temps de dévisser la roue avant
Unsicher. Viele Scherben von eingeschlagenen Autoscheiben. Hier parke ich weder tagsüber noch nachts.
Zwei Nächte ohne Probleme gestanden. Es waren auch andere Camper da. ABER nach der zweiten Nacht war die Polizei da, weil in ein normales Auto eingebrochen wurde. Die Polizisten haben erzählt, dass in dieser Gegend allein gestern in 8 Autos eingebrochen wurde, vorallem tagsüber. Ich bin danach weggefahren.

A relatively quiet place to stay, just fairly frequent trains, lots of space, we stayed for a night and a day with no problems and saw a few campers come and go. About a 35 minute walk to central Rotterdam and toilets in the park nearby.
Viele Plätze entlang der Straße. Kaum Verkehr. Direkt neben der Bahnlinie, aber die stört kaum und ist nicht laut.
Stayed here for one night, area was nice and quiet- train does frequently drive past over head but isn’t too annoying!

Siamo stati qui una notte e un giorno per visitare Rotterdam. Parcheggio tranquillo alle spalle di un campeggio e un area verde, costeggia un canale e la linea ferroviaria (passano treni fino a sera tardi). Parcheggio gratuito giorno e notte. Abbastanza illuminato di notte. 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro Blijdorp o 10 minuti in bici per arrivare a Rotterdam Centraal. Consiglio
Wir haben unseren Mercedes Sprinter direkt neben dem kleinen Fluss mit Blick auf die Kleingartenanlage geparkt, um mit der U-Bahn ins Zentrum von Rotterdam zu fahren. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos. Die Haltestelle der U-Bahn circa 13 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ins Zentrum ist es nur 1 Station (3 Min.). Es ist eine schön ruhige Gegend. Man hört nur ab und zu die Bahn vorbeifahren. Also beschlossen wir auch über Nacht zu bleiben. Das ging ohne Probleme.

Spent our first day & night here walked into Rotterdam in around 50mins not a lot of traffic passes through so nice and quiet apart from train lines behind you which you can here but didn’t effect our sleep would recommend
