Really peaceful and nice spot. The road is difficult, don’t attempt it if you’re not a confident driver. If it’s been raining I would not recommend the road unless you’re a very good driver and have a 4x4. I did it in a 26 year old Mazda bongo without issues though, but it was dry. They’re building loads of apartments in the desert though so not sure how much longer this will be peaceful for.
Nous y sommes en Août. ici tout est sec donc pas de problème pour escalader les pistes. Le spot est très joli. Entourés par les collines et les moutons, la nuit devrait être paisible. Un peu de mouches mais c'est tout.
If you don’t have 4x4 be careful after rain - it is 50/50. Check last photo :)
The view was ok, it was actually a lot prettier on the way there. The road was a bit sketchy (we arrived in the evening light). It rained over night and so the way back for us was „adventurous“ (super slippery, had to push the car a couple times and there are passages that have deep ravines left and right, the erosion is intense) Don’t go there without 4x4. Or in a small van if you are 100percent sure it won’t rain
Bel endroit, il est préférable d’y aller en 4x4. Je l’ai fait en van mais j’ai galéré. Surtout pour la descente côté sud-est. Attention durant les moments après la pluie à cause des grandes flaques d’eau.
Top! La vue est juste incroyable, le coucher et le lever de soleil dingues!! Juste compliqué de l’atteindre heureusement je voyage en 4x4 aménagé je ne recommande pas au véhicule autre que 4x4
The most amazing views of the whole park, unfortunately it is very worrying to get to and we had to leave suddenly due to incoming weather and worry that the roads would deteriorate and we would be stuck. Very narrow and sharp turns, sometimes the road had eroded, luckily we have a newer (2016 transit) but I don’t think other vans would make it. 100% DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT AT DRIVING OR YOU HAVE MOTORHOME LARGER THAN VAN OR IT IS BAD WEATHER you will need to reverse for many km to get out. To see the views you need to walk slightly up the hill (1min) from where the van is parked. The worst mosquito situation I have ever seen in my life at exactly dusk. I am an outdoorsy person and couldn’t cope, was eaten alive. We didn’t stay due to storm but I was really sad I didn’t get to see the sunrise, would have been amazing. All that and I still probably wouldn’t go here again now that I am prepared for the worst… maybe tell someone you are going here beforehand
Endroit très sympa, loin de tout mais au vent. Aucun passage en ce mois de mars. Possibilité de se garer tout au long du chemin. Attention de ne pas stationner dans les champs d’agriculteurs. Nous sommes allés au spot en fourgon de nuit (15 min de gravel road). Conseil : arriver de jour pour choisir la meilleure vue !
En voyant les photos on pensait avoir une belle vue, on se retrouve sur le bord d’un chemin certes au calme sans problème juste des passages de vélo mais un peu déçu. Passable pour une nuit quand même
