Grand parking plat au cœur de la forêt de Banagher Glen. Superbes randonnées, notamment jusqu'au barrage et au-delà. La route qui y descend est étroite, mais des zones de croisement sont aménagées. Endroit charmant et très calme.

Spacious and flat areas to park, in the heart of Banagher Glen Forest. Amazing walks/hikes and the walk to the Dam and beyond. A narrow road down, but has passing places. Lovely spot, very quiet.

Großzügige, ebene Parkflächen im Herzen des Banagher Glen Forest. Herrliche Wanderwege, darunter der Weg zum Staudamm und weiter. Die Straße ist schmal, bietet aber Ausweichstellen. Ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Ort.

Amplias zonas de aparcamiento llanas, en pleno corazón del bosque de Banagher Glen. Magníficas rutas de senderismo, incluyendo la que lleva a la presa y más allá. El camino de bajada es estrecho, pero cuenta con apartaderos. Un lugar precioso y muy tranquilo.

DigitalNomadNI18/10/2025A gem of a spot! We're on Starlink so the lack of signal isn't an issue for us. Nearly flat at the bottom end car park, bit of a squeeze for our motorhome, but managed it fine. Plenty of places to walk the dogs, take in nature, and experience a peaceful and calm spot. There are park benches and tables, but no bins. Will be back again for sure.
RegNJulita21/08/2025Très bon spot. Calme. En bord de ruisseau. Nous avons été invités par un habitant à poursuivre plus loin pour trouver le parking plus calme avec les tables de pique-nique. Après les barrières verrouillables mais qui restent ouvertes la nuit, après le pont en pierre. Nous y avons passé une nuit.

Great spot! Very calm indeed, just the sound of water. There are some hikes available from there. picnic tables and plenty of room so you are sure to have a spot. Only « downside » is there is no network. Like mention in a previous comment, go further than you would think and you will arrive there.

Beautiful place to stop, plenty of space. Quiet and undisturbed. Go down to the end, further than you think, to the Trail Head car park over a narrow bridge (okay for VW Crafter) where there are a few fairly level spots, picnic tables, a stream and the start of some great walks. Park ranger turned up in the morning, 10am-ish, wasn't there for us and all well.

Nice quiet place. There are 4 parking areas. The entrance parking is fine but sloped. The overflow parking is overgrown but probably fine for a low vehicle. The trail head parking has very low hanging branches on entry and is very sloped. There is a small area just before the trail head which is flat with enough space for 2 vehicles. No signal here.

grand parking très calme et agréable en pleine forêt, au bout d'une route étroite mais peu fréquentée quelques tables de pique nique (laissez le lieu propre svp), bord d'une rivière, c'est très humide et il n'y a aucun réseau, prévoyez les instructions gps pour se repérer.
