Parked up and there is some not very nice people in the car park doing drugs (hard drugs) it was 4pm.
Grande place de parking à côté du canal et du "pont de tooting". Balades à vélo le long du canal jusqu'à Tesco. Très paisible. Beaucoup de détritus, alors s'il vous plaît, n'en ajoutez pas. Nous avons récupéré un sac plein avant de partir
Large parking area next to the canal and "tooting bridge". Cycle along the canal to Tesco. Very peaceful. Lots of rubbish so please don't add to it. We collected a bag full before we left

This is not an overnight camping location - its parking for the canal community. Since this location was added on here folk have been camping here for weeks on end, using the bushes surrounding the car park as a toilet and leaving large amounts of rubbish. It's just not on. Please have some consideration for locals by not camping here. Thank you.

lovely location, avoid if you have a lwb or mh on weekends etc it's a nightmare I ended up going somewhere else in the end I'll definitely go back if I pass again sometime less busy.
kabevan11/09/2023Schöner Platz am Kanal aber die Straße ist lauter als gedacht. Sehr viele Autos und viel laute Hupen wegen der Brücke.

Very bumpy car park, but managed to find and nice level spot. Quiet night, lots of cars as people park there who live n the nearby boats. No worries.

lovely site next to a river. rough terrain at entrance of car park. really quiet and peaceful. there's a road near by but it's reasonable quiet during the night. couple of barges on the river. enough space for a few cars.

This is one of the best spots in the area. The car park is quite small and busy (it is a Saturday afternoon in June), but we managed to squeeze our 7m motorhome in OK. Only downside is the narrow 'blind' Bridge over the canal right next to the car park. The cars toot as they approach for safety reasons, but thankfully don't need to bother when it is dark (lights!), so we had a quiet night.
