Wir haben im völlig überladenen Frankreich eine Unterkunft gesucht und Jean-Luc, der freundliche Inhaber hat uns spontan aufgenommen und sogar einen ruhigen Platz im hinteren Teil der Anlage zugewiesen. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gleich zwei Nächte geblieben sind. Danke Jean-Luc- von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

Great stay, we arrived at 2am,we had booked in advance and mentioned our late arrival. Lovely town and site, main facilities were hard to find at night but that's OK as a single toilet in courtyard. We parked up just past reception as to not disturb anyone. Lovely owner and also a great little market which was on for us on, the place is spotless, will definitely return when crossing at Calais.

hidden gem 30k from Calais still feels like France facilities spot on electric in the price. lovely town 10 min walk. Takes the pressure of getting to the Ferry great welcome but book in advance. We will be back next time owner checks in on everyone once settled superb site

A perfect stopover before the channel tunnel crossing the next morning. A warm welcome and very neat pitch with all that we needed - water, electricity, grey waste and black water disposal point. Clean toilets and shower. Costs 1 euro for a shower token.

A tightly packed static caravan park with space for a few campervans on the mostly gravelled parking areas. Neat and clean. Near a noisy bar which played music until 2am. Some road noise also. Quite good as a brief stopover, not a place to linger. We don’t recommend swimming in the dirty lakes - rotting dead fish spotted in the water.

Very friendly and immaculate campsite. EHU and water on pitch, will definitely be back next month a gem of a site.

Camping au top, super accueil du propriétaire, camping familial à proximité de supérette, du lac, du centre ville . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir . Tarif 60€ pour 2 nuits 2 adultes 3 enfants avec électricité, eau, vidange casette et eaux grises .

wow, would definitely stay again enroute to or from Le Shuttle. the adjacent lake is breathtaking #wildswim

Anche per chi è con la tenda c’è tutto quello che serve ed anche area coperta per mangiare in caso di pioggia. Very good !

Lieu sympa très calme proche des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Belle balade autour du lac Seul point négatif : chien qui aboie dès 4h du matin...

what a great stop over only stayed one night as booked on shuttle today...people are so friendly nice toilets and showers...lots off lakes to take the dog for a walk and beer and food we will be back...thank u

le camping est tranquille, calme, familial. Très bon accueil, sanitaires propres, emplacements bien adaptés. J'ai un camping-car de 7.45 m de long, 3.2 m en largeur et 3.2 m de haut, ça passe à l'entrée, mais plus grand ça serait juste.

Very friendly welcome, the owner’s son speaks reasonable English. Very quiet at the moment, but a nice small town centre to explore only half an hour from Calais

we stayed here for the night and the owners were very welcoming and friendly, the lady doesn't speak English nor I French, but the young man did , he showed us to our pitch and explained where things were very well, he instructed me that the shops were only a small walk away , they only accept cash on site, they allowed us to park up and take money later after going to an ATM, would recommend

Camping parfait pour y passer une nuit avant de prendre le Shuttle pour l’Angleterre. Propriétaire très sympathique. Sanitaires propres ! Possible de payer uniquement en cash mais possibilité d’aller retirer au distributeur (à 5 minutes à pied) après s’être installé à l’emplacement !

prachtige camping mooie camper plaatsen met heggetjes erom voor privé. de camper staat op verhard gedeelte met kiezelstenen super gras netjes gemaaid schoon toiletgebouw met warme lange tijd 8 minuten douchen voor €1.00 ( muntjes bij receptie) winkels, bakker, aldi,action zelfs wasmachines/ droger bij de winkels aanwezig. kortom prachtige camping rustig en alles wat je nodig hebt.

nous recommandons fortement ce camping familial, nous avons été accueillis par les 3 générations qui gèrent cet endroit très propre, agréable et proche de toute commodités et de belles balades. nous avons 2 gros chiens qui ont été acceptés sans jugement et avec bienveillance. merci encore pour l'accueil et notre agréable séjour. emilie et oliv et les 2 chiens !

Small campsite run by a nice family, sanitary facilities small but clean, however no toilet seats or loo roll. We were allocated a pitch near the toilet block which is in the middle of all the permanent caravans, however had to move due to a very noisy permanent neighbour. The pitches nearer the entrance & fishing lake were much quieter. A few minutes walk to the lake and town.

Highly recommend. Fantastic campsite greeted by the Grandmother and grandson who were so friendly. Hot shower for 1 € lake near by for a walk and a nice glass of wine. 25 mins from Calais. Will stop here again. Safe travels everyone.

Joli petit camping familial , il faudra compter pour un van avec 2 adultes et 1 enfant 20,10€ sans électricité et pour la douche compter 1€ le jeton de 5 min ( douche bien chaude ) . Sur place il y a un petit lac , des terrains de pétanque , une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Le camping est bien placé , on est au calme tout en étant proches des commerces .

A lovely site tucked away in village centre, near the lake. Very helpful family who run it. Fresh water and Elsan on each pitch. Cost us €18 a night for 2 adults and a dog. Showers were clean. Would recommend this site. 25 minutes to Calais port

een 2 sterren camping, maar 4 sterren waard. vriendelijke ontvangst door Oma die gelijk haar zoon de eigenaar belde en ons alles perfect had uitgelegd hoe alles werkte en wat er te doen was in de omgeving. mooi sanitair en nog voor een schappelijke prijs van€18 douchen een€1 maar je hebt zoveel tijd dat je ruimschoots kunt opfrissen. als we weer eens in de buurt zijn komen we zeker nog een keer.

Wir waren für 1Nacht da. Schön ruhig, nette Leute, saubere Dusche, Grauwasser und Toilette entleeren, Frischwasser füllen. Alles da! Schöner Spaziergang möglich.

stayed 2 nights 21/10/23 before ferry. Ideal place peaceful nights sleep, weather was bad. couldn't park on usual pitches,water logged. owners very helpful €14.50 without electric. this is a well looked after site will definitely come back.

Lovely well taken care of flat pitches and clean toilets/showers. Perfect for our stay before catching the ferry!

Nice quiet place to stay near lakes with easy access to them through the back gates. Cash only - €14.70 for 2 adults without electric (extra) Showers in new purpose built block €1. Nice flat well demarcated pitches with toilet emptying no beside the small private fishing lake. Ideal for first or last night before crossing Channel. Good boulangeries and Boursot wine shop in Ardres.

Petit camping familial, très bien entretenu. Sanitaires propres et récents. Accueil plus que sympathique par les propriétaires. Emplacement camping car avec vue sur l étang privé. Un petit coin de paradis.

Sehr schöner familiengeführter Campingplatz. Ohne Reservierung bekamen wir für eine Nacht eine wunderschöne Parzelle für uns vier und unsere beiden Hunde. Die Abreise war herzlich. Drumherum gibt es alles was man für die Durchreise benötigt! Sanitär ausreichend und sauber. Für die Nacht haben wir mit Strom und duschen aufgerundet 36€ bezahlt, für uns völlig ok!

Les emplacements camping car se situent juste à côté de l’étang privé. Les sanitaires et douches sont très propres et très beaux. Accès au lac d’Ardres à pied directement du camping. Top acceuil, Camping familiale tranquille Rando, vtt, pêche etc.. Et tous à proximité. On y retournera.

Immaculate site, mainly residential, with just a few motorhome pitches, all services on pitch. At €20 a night with 2 shower tokens it’s the cheapest we have had in 6 weeks in 10 countries around Europe. It is 1/2 hour from the ferry terminal and the perfect stopover for an early ferry back to the UK

Petit camping sympa avec étang de pêche. Belle balade à vélo . Épicerie, pizzeria, boulangerie et restaurant à 2 pas. Coin tranquille. Je recommande...

Emplacement pour camping-car très satisfaisant, juste à côté de l’étang de pêche privé . Toilettes et douches super propre, je pense que ça a été rénové y a pas très longtemps. Accès au lac à pied et centre ville a 5 minutes à pied. On a apprécié aussi le fait qu’on a pas payé pour notre chien. Je recommande ++++++

Camping super accueillant, propre, sanitaires ( douches et wc rénovées ) c’est vraiment top. Accès au lac à pied du camping grâce. Restaurants et commerces à même pas 5 minutes. L’étang de pêche est situé dans le camping c’est vraiment top. On a passé un super moment avec les enfants. On y reviendra c’est sur.

Camping familial, les sanitaires sont neufs et impeccables, lac et commerces à proximité. Les emplacements sont très agréables et soignés. merci au responsable du camping et à sa maman pour leur accueil chaleureux. à bientôt

If you want somewhere safe and close to Calais then this place is it. CASH ONLY. However the toilets are very run down and you pay extra €1 for a shower that drenched anything in the cubicle. Site is a nice walk into the village and has 5 pitches. We paid €15 for 2 adults and 2 kids no electricity plus shower tokens.

what a fabulous little site. owners so friendly and close to all amenities. €15 with EHU and elsan/grey waste dump on your pitch... it was very quiet when we arrived with only one Moho. great for last stay of holiday as only 20 minutes to Calais!!

Last night stop over at this lovely site. Lovely welcome and very helpful. 3 very generous, private pitches all with EHU, water and black waste. If you go out the front your right in the town, if you go out the back you’re right on the lakes. 17€ for 2 people EHU and 2 showers, no charge for the dog. Highly recommend

Nuit paisible dans ce chouette petit camping. Le propriétaire sachant qu'on avait deux gros chiens, en van, nous a installé près de l'étang, nous y étions très tranquille. Sanitaires impeccables (personne n'y va je crois, car essentiellement des mobil home), juste un bémol, la douche est -très- rapide, mieux vaut être prévenus (et grosse pression d'eau :) ). Accueil chaleureux également.

Nice wee campsite 17 euro including electricity for campervan 2 adults and 1 shower each you are charged for showers and given tokens which 1 token is 5 min shower. Toliets and showers are a bit dated but grand. Young guy at reception very helpful nice lake near by. Village Close by with few restaurants. This campsite has only a few spaces for campervan as mostly permanent residents. cash only.

Positives - friendly welcome, very quiet, 5 minutes walk to town centre for restaurants (Chez Fanny was very good) and bakeries. Negatives - only 3? pitches for campervans, sanitary facilities very basic no toilet seats. No proper black waste disposal or drive over grey waste - just a covered drain on the pitch. Paid €13.90 for 2 with showers but no electricity. Would we go back? Probably not.

Nice campsite, close to town and the lake. €15 for 2 people and electric. Have to pay €1 each for shower token. Access is tight for large motorhome (7m) but is possible with caution.
