Lovely tucked away spot. Other vans around which always gives a bit of comfort. Just over the road to walk the Montgomery canal. Only down side is the road noise.

quite quiet, nice area and lots of green so u can't see on the road very minimal signal on Vodafone and EE
vickylouise8421/09/2024Really good spot for the night, free, no restrictions and nice and flat, gravel car park surrounded by bushes and trees so really private and tucked out of the way. There was 3 vans there the night we stayed, plenty of space. The road is quiet after 11pm and noisy from about 7am.

Nice little spot and would stay again but the trainline and lorries run till quite late! Thought a goods train was coming through the van at 1 point. One vehicle came in and left late at night and there was another van by morning. Did a litter pick as was quite a lot there.

Fairly out of the way car park, fits 4 campers. Quite noisy at times with heavy goods vehicles passing during night. Had it not been raining we’d have done a litter pick as a lot of rubbish around so if the next people to stay would do one, that would be great. Services up the road have toilet facilities, just be sure to head to the petrol station rather than towards the Travel Lodge!

Only 1 really level spot. For a small country lane the traffice is very fast and quite noisy. Trains quiet from 23:00 to 6:00. Several cars visited after midnight and dog walkers started early. Bit disappointing but nice walk along the canal. Zero EE signal.

stayed over night, one other van, beautiful walks, next to train track but didnt hear anything after 11pm
FreedomHunter07/11/2022Nice spot bit noisy because of lorrys driving passed, but for one night its good and the canal across the bridge is good for dog walking. Vodafone rubbish but 3 network works ok

Nice level gravel spot with room for 4 easily. tucked away behind hedges but close to two quite busy roads so there is some traffic noise. Popular with walkers in the early morning as close to the canal walkway. Great spot for a night or two stopover but no phone signal.

Excellent. Deducted a star because of wavy 4G (Vodafone) reception.
