(LA5 8JR) Archers Cafe at Red Bank Farm Campsite

Stayed for a night, no complaints really. The warden was nice and welcomed us with information about the site. Facilities were nice and clean. Didn't eat at the cafe but it seemed lovely. Would likely come back

We stayed in the big field, it was flat at the edges, but you can park where you like, clean showers and toilets, nice wee cafe on site, the check is was a bit tricky to find, the staff were nice and friendly, great location we would stay again.

Caravanpark mit oberhalb gelegenem Campingplatz. Aussicht wunderbar. Großzügige Plätze auf einer Wiese. Plätze eher schräg, mit Keilen gerade so ok. Von dort ziemlich weiter Weg zu den unten liegenden Sanitäranlagen. Duschen und Toiletten ok. Spülgelegenheit draußen. Alles sehr einfach gehalten. Ohne Strom 23 Pfund die Nacht im Camper mit zwei Leuten

£32 for my campervan, 2 adults and 2 dogs, nice to have it sectioned off between electric hook up and none electric & static. Mix of ages, campers, tents and vans. Grass with hard standing, you will need to have your ramps with you as it is uneven and I’m on the maximum height I can go and it’s level. 5 showers in the gents with 3 or 4 urinals and about 5 cubical, they were clean when I popped in when we got here. Great views of the sea from all pitches with electric hook up. Train line is in the distance but it’s not loud at all. BBQ’s are allowed but need to be off the floor, would return try and book 13-16 as your pitch as it’s more sheltered and will have a great view

Grand champ en herbe avec des parties bien à plat. Vue sur les moutons et la mer au loin. Très tranquille. Super spot et pas cher 28£ pour un van 2 adultes et 4 enfants. Adresse à conserver

Toller Campingplatz. Eine große Wiese ohne Strom, die andere Wiese mit Strom hat Kies als Untergrund. Etwas weiter weg verläuft eine Bahnlinie, aber ab 23:30 Uhr fährt nichts mehr. Vom Hörpegel ist es in Ordnung. Tiere gibt es auf dem Bauernhof, die man auch streicheln kann. Duschen/Toiletten alles sauber. VE vorhanden, kostenlos! Alles super, man kann auch vor Ort buchen. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Nice camp in beautiful nature. Only noise was from trains nearby (but i am a fan of trains, so it was great). Clean bathroom, but you must constantly push water button in the shower. But overall great value for only 20£

Fabulous one night stopover. We opted for the grass camping field, which is sloping but there’s huge terraced pitches on the far end of the field which are perfectly flat with great views and a wonderful open field. Can’t fault the facilities and the Archers Cafe looked and smelt great! Lovely coastal walk into Hest and along the Lancaster Canal too. Great value too at £20

We stayed here for one night just to try out our motor home as we are new to all this. What a beautiful site - so clean and tidy - booking was very easy. The views were fantastic of Morecambe bay and the coastal walk ideal for exercising your dog - such a large area. We were also able to use a field on site to exercise dogs which was just across from where we parked up. Toilets/showers very clean

Großzügige geschotterte Stellplätze mit Strom ( verpflichtend) und größtenteils mit direktem Blick auf den Meeresarm. Reine Rasenplätze ohne geschotterte Stellplätze und Strom separiert vom restlichen Platzteil. Stellplätze alle mit Neigung ( Keile/ Hubstützen notwendig). Sanitäranlage in die Jahre gekommen und nicht immer sauber und nur beim Hauptgebäude und nicht zentral zu den Stellplätzen.

Wunderschöner Platz mit Blick auf das Meer, freundliches Personal und saubere Sanitäranlagen. Archers Café sehr gut, daher auch sehr gut besucht. Das Warten lohnt sich.

Full sun pitches, clean sanitary and very nice sunsets on the stretched beach. Pitty the cafe closes at 16h - they would have earned a lot on us in the evening!

Sehr schöner Platz. Wir waren für eine Nacht da, ohne Strom auf dem Rasenplatz. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber. Man muss unbedingt in Archer’s Café. Fantastische Kuchen und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique emplacement avec un accès direct à la plage. Le petit dej au restaurant est très bien. Des animaux, de grands espaces. Très recommandé. Petit bémol sur les sanitaires vieillissants. La douche n’est pas très propre.

Wir standen für 2 Nächte auf der Wiese ohne Strom. Warschaus etwas weiter entfernt, ansich kein Problem, mit kleinen Kindern Nachts etwas anstrengend. Toiletten könnten auch etwas sauberer sein. Wiese ist auf einen Hügel, man benötigt also unbedingt Auffahrtkeile. Wir hatten keine dabei aber der nette Platzwart hat uns kostenlos welche geliehen. Das Red Farm Café muss man unbedingt ausprobieren!

Ein schöner idyllischer ruhiger Ort. Ausreichend Platz, relativ wenige mit Elektrik. Buchung problemlos, gut mit Hunden geeignet, es gibt gute Möglichkeiten zum laufen. Nur 4 Sterne sa recht weit bis zu den Toiletten und zum Abwaschen. Würden wieder kommen.

I have stayed here a few times. Great site, which is very quiet. Good facilities, good mobile signal for Internet and a nice cafe. Prices the same as previously mentioned. Great views and some good walks with plenty of wildlife to see.

Stayed here for one night. Really easy to book in using the website, cost £19 for two of us, 1 Van and 1 dog for a pitch on the top field. Good facilities, large pitches and a great view. They also have a small petting area for the animals and the cafe is great! Beach opposite the site. Would definitely reccomend!!!

Wunderschön und direkt am Strand und super nette Leute .wir haben hier nur nen kurzen Stop gemacht um uns frisch zu machen und Wasser aufzutanken . Dafür brauchten wir bloß nen kleines Trinkgeld da lassen. und Tags über steht man da wunderbar direkt am Meer.

Riesige Parzellen mit englischem Rasen aus dem Bilderbuch. Schöne Landschaft drumrum, ordentliche Sanitärs. Sehr günstig (20 Pfund für 4 Personen im Campervan ohne Strom). Ideal für einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Norden.

Great campsite with a mix of Formal hardstanding EHU pitches and an informal grass field. we used the later. Toilets and showers clean, washing up point and service point with drive over for motorhomes. lovely walks to Morecambe and Carnforth.

me and my lad liked it, we set off back home early doors as the weather was poor but would have stayed all day bar for that. would stop again, had my own toilet with me, stove etc so never used the facilities, it's a 5 mins walk to the beach I would stop again.

Brilliant campsite for the price right near the seafront. £16 for a basic pitch, think it was about £20 for one with electric. Went at the weekend and was lots of families on there. Toilets and showers ok, only thing that spoiled it was another camper’s dog barking early in the morning, but not really the site’s fault.

This place is absolutely fantastic and very well priced. Non-electric pitches £16 Per night for 2 adults. Electric pitches £20. Really well maintained campsite. Busy and great cafe on site. Showers included in price and affordable laundry: £3.50 per load and £1 for 15min tumble dry. Excellent! Stayed here two nights, will be back as prices are very reasonable!

Nice little camp site, not to busy, located on hill so levellers a must, parking outside looks like u could get away with parking there for free, but seeing how we booked, we stayed on site, nice beach walk and cafe on site

Booked on line for the 9th March 2022. Lovely clean quiet place to stay. All staff very friendly and helpful. All the amenities you need. Fantastic views and nice walks on foreshore with our dog, will go back again
