Tammie1812/05/2026Super fijne stop voor een nacht. Je kan ook nog een mooie wandeling maken wat super mooi is aangelegd. Met uitzicht op de Noordzee.

nice and quiet after 10 pm, £7.50 donation asked for the stay of one night for old mill. tour and cafe of old mill is amazing, well worth a visit.

Nice wee stop off on the Aberdeenshire coastal trail, only £7.50 for the night. Next to road but quietens after 9pm. The Mill of Benholm is free to walk around, dogs welcome and on some afternoons you can even get a cuppa and a cake in the tearoom. We went a nice walk down to the sea and walked to Johnshaven. It’s also not far to Dunnottar Castle about 15 min drive north which is a must.

Good location. It is just by the side of the A92 but the traffic overnight is light and we slept well. Staff from the mill were friendly in the morning and we stayed for their spring event. Only reason for 4 stars is no facilities. £7.50 for the night and will take 3 vehicles. 1 night stay limit.

millievasdjs31/05/2024This is just north of John's haven. A pleasant stopover just off the A92. There is a nice dog walk down to a stony beach just opposite. Plans seem to be in hand to put in extra facilities, but nothing yet. They ask for a £5-10 donation for an overnight. stop ATM . A bit noisy in the morning but quiet overnight..

No services here but we stayed the night and it was pretty good. It’s close to the road but it isn’t too busy. There is a little take a book leave a book box here too. The parking takes a £2 donation. I gave it 5 stars because it’s cheap, convenient and well my first place to stay so I have no basis for a rating.

Simple parking gratuit près de la route. Nuit calme malgré l’arrivée de jeunes avec la musique. Ils sont repartis et nous avons fini notre nuit

Lovely stop close to road but really quiets down about 8 then very little noise. Walked down to The water mill lovely spot but being refurbed. There's a small lending library at entrance has a wide celection.
