Staff at the bar was helpful and friendly. They did however want to charge me for a tent even though I didn’t have one. Nice other guests, mostly locals who come to pitch their tent. Also the long-term residents were very friendly and helpful. We slept well and stayed one more night. Shower had only luke warm water. No cloth washing or drying area.
***AVOID THIS PLACE!*** Totally creepy place - there are several old caravans where apparently no one lives and the whole place looks very scary. The toilets haven’t been cleaned probably in months - filthy and not working. Also we got robbed there by a black guy that lied he is part of the camp staff - we gave him 10€/night. Been there in March, so maybe it gets better in summer, but I doubt it.
Closed in winter time..but possible to park just near by, or camp by. Take the track on the right, just before the entrance of the campsite, free spot there, quiet off season. Possible to access to facilities (WC, showers, water of the campsite). Beautiful sea side, views over the bay and Akamas Peninsula amazing. Thanks
